Why is this clown even allowed to post here? None of his threads are constructive in any way, it's just straight up low effort trolling

Didn't find Peat until I was 30. Turning 34 in three months. Tiredness was an issue since I started college; was trying different diets and routines though nothing was "working." Low blood sugar, cortisol, adrenaline, probably lower thyroid function were the big problems. The commenter who said sugar helps prevent crashes is right. Fruit as well as actual sugar in coffee with milk.

Avoiding huge amounts of protein - which almost no young people do because we've all been told "protein builds muscle." And the myths about saturated fat and cholesterol. Beef, eggs and butter are your friend as long as you're avoiding fast food, pufa, and walking or doing some lifting. I used to avoid sugar. Many people are keto-brained and do this. Knock on wood, but many of these changes really helped me get energy, stop being achey and tired, fatigued, headaches, brain-fog, etc.

@sunsunsun Nah you are projecting, i made a statement and instead of arguing against it you are reacting with meme words like a redditor

Ray Peat diet is doable for everyone .
Any person can handle gallon of milk a day , 1 liter of orange juice , some coffee , 1 or 2 eggs, liver once a week , oysters .
There are also chicken wings and pork chops fried in coconut oil.
Carrots and potatoes are optional , Ray didn't eat them but recommended in some cases.
What else do you need to be healthy ?

Ever heard of enzyme lactase, DIO (orange H2), fructose balance with glucose. No need to answer 😇
Of course 40 % of the US population is not concerned by "anyone".

I haven't done the exact Peat meme diet, but I've used various parts of it and those parts didn't do anything for me that I've noticed. But I believe I have other non-dietary issues that are causing my issues, and maybe that's why the diet wasn't able to make a difference. Maybe once those issues are fixed, the diet might then be able to help? To be honest, I doubt it. But I don't know yet.

@Insr peat diet is a meme diet, the only claim they can make are for the benefits of energy after pounding a kilo of sugar, if you notice most peatcels are dysgenic looking, bald, fat, scrawny. If it was a viril diet they would all look like Dolph Lundgren

The retards here will try to convince you that haidut is a bioenergetic man after peating for decade+
