RE: Anyone know the PUFA content of Pasta ?
Wheat doesn't really have that much fat but the fatty acids it does have is entirely PUFA. Generally just linoleic acid, not even a-linoleic. So yeah, basically all omega-6.

RE: Grounding is the single greatest “biohack” I’ve ever found
@Cicero It needs to be earth ground. Ground is just a generic term for a "Reference Connection". Ground is definitely not "ground". It's an entirely abstract concept. What you want to be is electrically connected to the earth essentially.

RE: Whats the deal with "Vitamin" A?
Seen some evidence that vitamin A and iodine are synergistic. More A consumption = more Iodine needed. Iodine suppresses the thyroid when you have insufficient A but if sufficient A exists iodine actually causes more thyroid activity.
Anecdotally, this seems to be true.

RE: Peat diet and the risk of Vitamin A toxicity, fatty liver
@CO3 Vitamin A seems to increase iodine usage and it's entirely possible that increased vitamin A requires increased iodine. Populations that eat lots of sweet potatoes tend to get high iodine as well (and they also live extremely long lives)
