@GreekDemiGod Thyroid tests from docs are usually bunk. You can exhibit hypothyroid symptoms and ur numbers for what they test be in the “normal range”…and that range is determined usually by the average number of people who get their thyroid tested… and those, if not most, tend to be hypothyroid given that most of us have suboptimal health lol

@polba you would need to make a carrot puree. you can use the principles in this video as well to help with the carrot ganache. i'd imagine you have to cook it down well though to soften the fibers and puree them into really small particles for a ganache with a nice mouthfeel and consistency

@VehmicJuryman I remember danny roddy saying he got ringing in his ears after taking large doses of more than 1-3g. he also has a really interesting way of preparing it by dilution. were you just popping the pills?

I already supplement Thorne's Vit d/k2 buuuuut I wanna use another Vit D brand that uses EVOO as the solvent. I also think I would like to slowly introduce aspirin, so I am wondering how much Vit K to supplement while taking say... 5000iu of Vit D and maybe 250-500mg aspirin. thanks!
