During communism in Romania, the dictator built industry and warehouses all over the country, even my small town of few thousands had a few. People were living in rural areas working their normal jobs close to home. Now it's the opposite, the West came, all industry destroyed and created new ones only in big cities.

I don't think it's possible to be 100% and living in the system at the same time. It may be better to isolate somewhere as I said off-grid fully self-sustained with the idea in mind that the whole system is fully corrupted even though you got no arguments, lying to yourself would be more beneficial because you are not part of it anymore.
But being fully self-sustained means no technology that could help you become more productive and more physical stress which will lower your quality life.

I didn't know about Broadacre City, sounds interesting. Why do you think it's not applicable in the real world? Is it because of the government or the idea itself is not brilliant enough?

It's hard to admit but that's true. If morals can be teached, then maybe religion could be the answer?
Authority puts bad and good people in their place at cost of their freedom. If authority could be used in a way that disguises the control forced upon the population so they feel less repressed, then it could be an answer, but I don't know how. It feels hard to create an authority spectrum.
I know Dr. Peat talked about authority and its evolution and I have to read more about it.

True, but we must keep in mind that if you break someone's heart you are suboptimal (could be from insecurity, boringness, no purpose, etc.), at least in most cases. Haidut found a study correlating cheating/selfishness and cortisol. When the metabolism is suboptimal, you try to boost it by cheating in life.

I will not go into more politics, but I can tell you that people won't believe what media says anymore, this means that we'll be way harder to control.
Since we would still be divided and people would still distract their mind with entertainment, starting a revolution won't be possible and almost no one wants to risk his life for it.

If the population would be fully awakened regarding the whole system, they will become less materialistic, healthier, calmer, more sociable, cooperative and with a desire to go off-grid to fully isolate or least they would choose small cities.

It's all a scam. He is an actor where everything was planned in order to give the false illusion to the public that the system wants him dead and that he is the solution to it. It's all manipulation and people fell for it.
You can make lies, but there would always be people that don't fall for it. It's impossible to brainwash all 100% of them. The remaining awakened individuals would try to wake up the masses or give up. There is a continuous conflict between the awakened and people in power, and that's how Google works, by censoring it. Using Yandex gives you other responses that can't be find with Google.

Off topic: With Yandex I found a study where finnish scientists were against exercise, and it felt impossible with Google.

He had a healthy upbringing, breastfed without financial stress and his father was a capable business man and the gene theory is somewhat true, he acquired his speaking talent.
With oratory talent you can stay in the center of attention longer and this gives you power by draining others. He also had a stimulating lifestyle, probably even taking adrenochrome.
He for sure is on some meds that no one knows about that keeps the brain sharp.

Having his business, he never had an authority figure behind him, so he kept serotonin low. Having power keeps you healthy.
Who says that external stress is overrated doesn't know what stress is. A manager shouting at you, while being in a low serotonin state will give you power to fight back, but the conflict will still be there. Then, everytime you meet him, serotonin will rise because you remember the past conflict. It's a cycle.

In the end Trump is a puppet for the ones above him and a pedophile like all his friends. He is not the good guy and neither wants to switch sides. He is disguised as the good guy in order to give false hope to the public and keep believing the lies of the system.

@GreekDemiGod I say environment because I moved to Netherlands for work and I tell you, without any changes in diet, I am constipated all the time. It's very hard to identify what's the cause of it. I don't know if it's salt with ferrocyanide, the tap water that I use for rice (they say it's as one of the best in the world), the physical work or something in the air. All of this, except the salt I used in my country.

If I would be in your place I would live as naturally as possible

1. Don't drink tap water
2. Wear clothes till you feel all warm
3. Go in nature

If trying this works, then your environment is not optimal.

Maybe you got more appetite and you started eating more fructose?
Maybe you are adapted to cold stress and forget to wear clothes to increase temp?
Maybe you expect being warm in 20 C or 68 F in a T Shirt? Which is hardly possible.

@sneedful I am skinny but I don't know what you mean by muscles. I can lift my weight on bench press and I have endurance to work in a factory and not arrive home exhausted.
Based on what media says, I don't have muscles. When i was getting more protein, I was more buff, but I was getting easily tired.

@sneedful I've been low protein, around 40g for months and 3 days ago I ate around 100g of protein from muscle meat. With each day I started feeling more horrible, tired and anhedonic. Depersonalization and derealization appeared from nowhere. Then I realized that too much protein or too much methylation from B12 and methionine caused this.
Last day I became depressed and had severe sadness which lasted all day that I never experienced with lower protein. 100g protein is not much but I believe that my body got adapted to lower protein and 100g was a shock.

@GreekDemiGod but then you ask yourself, why did I start experimenting with other diets? I'm pretty sure something didn't work out.
