I would definitely consider trying thiamine B1. Potentially in high dose. It was the only thing to help my debilitating digestion and it helped near instantly after years of suffering. It could be worth a try

RE: Tyronene/T3 adderall like effect
@T-3 yes it doesn’t cause me any gut related issues now. Redbull doesn’t either which I also drink during the day. It would cause me issues previously before I started taking B1. B1 was one of the things that healed my gut near instantly from immense daily pain and discomfort. I actually could not believe the effect it had.

RE: Tyronene/T3 adderall like effect
@T-3 i take it on an empty stomach because I cannot eat at work. Eating often causes GI upset for me which I cannot risk happening at work. That’s why I take it on empty stomach just because I don’t eat all day until night time.
I noticed today the effect on mood is quite profound it gives me almost a very subtle euphoria. I am happy/content with just simply living with a positive outlook whereas for past 10 years I have experienced daily dread and doom feelings especially if any obstacles arrives in my path.

RE: How to take Tyronene?
@scamp i dilute 1-2 drops in a bottle of water and sip it throughout the day. Not sure if that is what youre supposed to do but it’s never been an overwhelming dose for me.

RE: Tyronene/T3 adderall like effect
@T-3 thanks for sharing your experience in such great detail! I still have just been doing about 8-16mcg daily diluted in water sipping on it throughout the day. So far I haven’t experienced any racing heartbeat or anything like that. I of course was hoping this would be my panacea and cure me of all my ailments but it seems I haven’t been so lucky. Mentally though, T3 has helped me tremendously. It also seems to make me feel much lighter. There were times before where I just felt so heavy and would require effort to even lift my legs to walk up the stairs from the heavy feeling but now I feel light on my feet again.
I do not feel I’m dosing it properly because everyone says to take it with food but I have not done that. Since I have such GI problems I have completely stopped eating before or during work for the past several years as it’s just too much of a risk for me. I don’t want to fast all day, but the way things have been for me it was impossible not to. So I have been sipping on the diluted t3 throughout the work day while fasted although not truly fasted as I have sugar from 24oz of redbull. My overall feeling of well being and mental clarity and hopefulness is still great on it. I wish that I could eat during the day with it but that’s something I’m afraid to experiment with.
Not sure how bad it is to be taking t3 on a prolonged empty stomach like that.

@T-3 it is great to hear that the effects are long lasting! I was worried they may wane after the first week or so honeymoon phase. What type of dosage do you take?

Tyronene/T3 adderall like effect
I started taking tyronene recently since NDT powder did nothing for me. After sipping on a glass of water with 1 drop of tyronene in it I began to feel effects similar to taking adderall. Not the intense stimulant feeling, but the euphoria/focus/productivity urge. Previously being in public I would always feel extremely rigid and careful to speak quietly so no one overheard me. I always felt everyone was watching me or for some reason annoyed with me. I had always had some intense paranoia like that in public which made me feel stiff and rigid and always focused on what others are thinking of me. Since taking tyronene when I’m in public I feel completely calm and don’t worry about anyone thinking about me.
I also have suffered with bad GI symptoms for the past 10 years which exacerbate the paranoia/anxiety and worry about my GI acting up and needing to rush home to a bathroom. I could never relax. Yet somehow T3 has somehow cured me of this? I don’t want to get my hopes up too high as its only been one week, but this week has been lifechanging for me. The mental energy spent on worrying what others think of me in public and always thinking I’m being watched is very tiring. I also have gained a lot of energy and mental focus and clarity with tyronene. I’m only taking one drop in water and sipping on that water throughout the day so such profound effects were shocking. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Wow exact same here. It’s truly incredible. I just started T3 a few days ago and noticed this immediately. I used to be so stiff and rigid in public because I couldn’t help but feeel everyone was mad at me or annoyed at me and was watching me.

RE: Drip Coffee very painful
@AstralPMP I've tried the carrot salad, but has not helped this issue. No other food causes such a severe reaction like coffee does. It is also near instant and can even be within minutes after taking the first sip where I am experiencing severe intestinal pain/cramping. I don't make my own coffee only get it out at coffee shops. Espresso and espresso based drinks don't cause as severe of a reaction.

RE: What B vitamin/s do you supplement? what dose, reason, and whats the effect.
@FitnessMikey just trying 100mg of thiamine HCl for the first time cured me of many of my health issues. Other Issues still persist but I am a completely different person compared to how I was before. I take a B complex daily from the brand Pure Encapsulation. I also take some benfotiamine with it but may stop as I don’t think I noticed any benefit from adding it.

Drip Coffee very painful
For some reason regular drip coffee causes me immense intestinal pain and cramping. It does not necessarily cause diarrhea or a Bowel movement but causes immense pain, depression, anxiety , headache, urgent urination, tunnel vision etc. It is not the caffeine content as I consume about 3 or 4 cans of 8 oz redbull daily. I also find espresso to not cause such severe symptoms and be more tolerable. Anytime I look online I just see garbage about caffeine causing this, which is clearly not the case. Tea also produces similar effects especially with painful urinary urgency. I have had severe gut problems for the past 10 years, which I have found to be helped by thiamine. Thiamine changed my life, but still even with it coffee is not very tolerable despite how much I enjoy it.
Background:
I had taken 4 months of antiobiotics for acne and then 5 months of accutane about 14 years ago. I noticed some changes in my body after taking these but always was tolerable until about 2-3 years later when all hell broke loose and I simply wanted to die from the severe GI pain and 24/7 nausea that I suffered with. I don’t know what happened to me and I’ve never been the same since.
