@narasusmaxxing Think about old men who have long bushy eyebrows, nose hair, and hair growing out of their ears. I think the trend of virilization in life, men growing chest hair post-puberty, then back hair, and eventually neck/nose/ear hair, is a result of producing androgens in response to stress. Not the worst thing, as it means you have a somewhat healthy stress response (if you don't produce androgens in response to stress then youre in real trouble).

250g protein? How much do you weigh? Does your body odor ever smell like ammonia?

RE: Maple Syrup
S tier sugar, maybe the best of all. High mineral content and a very nice flavor. There is a reason so many animals have evolved to pursue tree sap as a nutrient source.

RE: Peaty tea recommendations
@CheesedToPeatYou said in Peaty tea recommendations:
@wamantah I am very fond of licorice tea. Licorice has some interesting nootropic compounds like isoliquertigenin, a potent GABA agonist and anti-cancer agent (sound familiar to any other peaty compounds?)
Add licorice to your passionflower and chamomile. I think all will taste very nice together. I will try soon and report back.

RE: Mushrooms....peaty?
@Adonis Mithraic wisdom (which has many parallels to bioenergetic wisdom) would say yes.

RE: Nixtamalized beer
@PUFADestroyerPPO I misspoke if you like beer I would say give it a try. I would be curious about your result. Nixtamalizing changes the flavor to a more earthy flavor. Not sure how that would turn out in the final product.

RE: Cruciferous vegetables
@Goonster Most of them have been found to contain high levels of PFAS, even when organically grown.
I like adding them to broth and making consomme, that way you get the benefits of the minerals and a bit of extra flavor to the broth without the oxalates.

RE: Nixtamalized beer
@PUFADestroyerPPO It could work. But it might be unnecessary. Sticking to distilled spirits is the solution as distilling removes any leftover starch.
Personally, I'll be staying with mead, tequila, and rum.

RE: (men) where do you apply progest-e?
@brad I've never heard of it used for bug bites. That's cool.
I wash it down with some warm milk. I find it can be irritating on the throat when taken by itself.

RE: Best tropical fruit?
@pswany Some of my favorites: rambutan, strawberry papaya (the small ones from Hawaii), atemoya, loquat juice (very much like OJ)
Rambutans are never good from the grocery store but if you can get them from a local market where they are grown they are excellent!

RE: Tips for premature ejaculation?
A few things:
Ejaculation is driven primarily by tension in the pelvic floor. Many people who have issues with PE also have a chronically tight PF.
Strengthening: Chronic tension in the PF can be relieved by stretching and strengthening and adjusting the other muscles of the hips and pelvis to remove the chronic tension from the PF. The adductors on the legs are generally weak in most people due to modern lifestyle and a lack of lateral movement. The pelvic floor can compensate and provide stability to the pelvis when the adductors are weak. This leads to chronic tension in the PF. Exercises like the Copenhagen plank strengthen the adductors and help remove tension from the PF.
Breathing: During sexual tension, breathing often moves higher in the torso, i.e. head breathing rather than stomach breathing. This can lead to a lack of oxygenation in the pelvic floor and the penis. Hypoxia = excitotixicity = hypersensitivity and PE. Learning to breathe into the pelvic floor (it is a diaphragm) will strengthen it and keep it oxygenated, allowing you to last longer and keep the penis from becoming hypersensitive.
Thrusting: Many people keep their abdominals flexed and thrust with their whole body. This leads to a buildup of tension. Moving the spine is important to keep energy flowing and keep tension from accumulating. Thrusting should come almost entirely from the movement of the pelvis. Focusing on your thrusting form can help keep you focused on something other than the sexual stimulation and will help you last longer. Practice thrusting with your hips in a plank position. Practice makes perfect.
Hope this helps!

RE: Can MB oral ingestion turn whites of eyes blue?
@Harambe How much was your friend taking? The half-life of MB is 40 hours so if you take it on consecutive days it can accumulate.

RE: Bonemaxxxing
People neglect the bone-density inducing effects of jumping and impacting the floor at high speed. Gymnasts have very dense bones.
"Artistic and rhythmic gymnasts presented higher bone mineral density and content values compared to untrained controls" https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5950742/
This meta-study does state that the effect is seen in children and not so much in people post-puberty, but given that some people have been able to grow taller through Peating, or inducing the metabolism of a child, I think this effect applies to Peaty adults.
