I like microdosing lucy and shrooms - and find they confer a bump to my openness and playfulness for many days after, and encourage others of sound mind to experiment similarly

RE: Any help with vaginismus?
@TurkishPeater if she's 20 the odds are she just is sexually retarded, which, is a desirable trait in a 20 year old foid. Good for you sir. Try the aspirin, make sure your spot is nice and warm

RE: Is being incel the "new normal" in 2024?
@Ray-Peat-Fanboy the larger, more concerning segment of the male population are the men who are chronically underpeforming, cold and hypo, who are getting at best, transactional sex with an overweight woman who saddled them for resources. By concerning, I mean, totally harmless. And useless.

RE: Any help with vaginismus?
@TurkishPeater it's most likely: her physiology. Her physiology driving her psychology to be not comfortable with you/with her own sexuality. Sadly, this puts you in a tough position to offer medical advice that might figuratively and literally loosen her up. Aspirin might help and can be snuck into a recommendation for something like her migraines

RE: foid acquisition inhibited by covid gene therapy
For the first 3 years of covid I was of exactly the same mind as you. Didn't exchange any bodily fluids with the vaxxed. Then I got covid, a year ago, and was so certain I was dying, and had such a remarkably long challenging recovery, despite all the peatiest therapies. Covid itself is at least as damaging if not more so than the mrna shots. I would encourage you to select foids for breeding based on the robustness of their metabolism, IQ, and avoid the mrna shots if possible. An unvaxxed girl could just as easily be compromised by spike protein pathology from the virus itself.

Beard growth?
On t3, good skin, good hair growth, no dandruff, but,
I wanna grow a thicker longer beard.
Is DHEA the implied hormone to supplement? If so, please share any experiences you might have had oral dose vs transformation. -
RE: Methylene Blue
@Lothric the big 2.5hr masterjohn vid concluded that 8mg was likely the top end of benefit via hormesis. 8mg total. Have found immense benefit using 3mg myself to deal w covid. Does keep me up if I take it later in the day.

RE: Ayahuasca saps vitality and it made me not crazy anymore?
@Aryan_Racist I too had a similarly positive, though mild, experience. I think that Aya is likely a net positive for well adjusted folks, given sufficient time between trips. Ray was often citing the fact that in actual psychedelic doses, the serotonergic binding action is net stressful/excitotoxic, but, imo, the average person will experience so many excitotoxic episodes in their daily life, avoiding the occasional heroic dose due to this, is missing the point.

RE: How libertarian leaning is this forum?
@Sugar I "identify" as libertarian. The government should be continuously forced to justify the scope of existence, particularly in any non-voluntary policies. The best laws are the ones which are simply codification of the norms of the land. Freedom to exit is perhaps the most critical factor in preserving freedom.
That being said, I'd love to live in a land where the norms, and laws, disallow prostitution, and the distribution of downers, opiates, amphetamines, and punish violators with exile. -
Upper end of t3?
What do we think the upper tolerable/beneficial range for daily supplemental t3 could be? 25 mcg?

Supplemental DHEA ?
Saw a headline about supplemental DHEA fully restoring pancreatic function, got some in the mail. Had some serious, obvious, blood sugar dysregulation post covid, which, has been shown to really nuke the pancreas amongst other organs. Obviously DHEA should move the needle on a bunch of things, and I'm curious what folks have done and experienced here with it.

L-Carnitine - help
What's going on here? Seems to be a factor in fatty acid metabolism, which when supplemented, helps some folks with some things. Also seems to have a net androgenic effect, increase androgen receptor sensitivity. Do any of you folks have experience or insight?

RE: Hormone + Androgen maxing
@qqq I think the important factors are the ones you probably already know, maintaining robust thyroid function, supplementing if necessary, lifting weights, and pursuing a vigorous, fulfilling life

@AltarandThrone I am happy to be the first one to say that this is a weird bellyaching load of word salad.
