On oxalates: I do not think that is an issue for me, I consume little of it, and if I consume I feel ok, seems fine. Lastly, if I was to have a problem with oxalates isn't that related to the kidneys more than liver?

So basically I should try kale, brocolli, brussels sprout. Also cholestyramine seems to be very powerful, but is not an OTC.

@LucH How would I know it hurts the stomach walls? Is that a feeling? I know I have pain at my right side, so that is why I think bile or liver is the problem. TUDCA, taurine or glycine does not do much.

What do people use to bind excess bile? Especially if you find that the carrot does not work.

Does anybody know the reason for meat intolerance? Specifically intolerance to ground meat. And also how to remedy?
