@LucH first sentence I do not understand. Second, if you think I have kidney stones why say it in greek? On oxalates: I do not think that is an issue for me, I consume little of it, and if I consume I feel ok, seems fine. Lastly, if I was to have a problem with oxalates isn't that related to the kidneys more than liver?

More likely is I have gallstones (cholelithiasis).

So basically I should try kale, brocolli, brussels sprout. Also cholestyramine seems to be very powerful, but is not an OTC.

@LucH How would I know it hurts the stomach walls? Is that a feeling? I know I have pain at my right side, so that is why I think bile or liver is the problem. TUDCA, taurine or glycine does not do much.

What do people use to bind excess bile? Especially if you find that the carrot does not work.

Does anybody know the reason for meat intolerance? Specifically intolerance to ground meat. And also how to remedy?

Do you have problems with oxalates?

Do not take b1 if you do not feel any effect or bad effect. If you need b1 you will feel good after consumption in the hours after. This is true for all consumption. Do not eat foods which make you feel bad. Do you know what foods you do not tolerate? For example oxalates, histamine, meat, milk, egg.

Do you still have pain left side of the body? Maybe this is a clue: bad kidney health?

@happyhanneke my understanding is that some people have trouble converting T4 to T3 in the body. For example if you have bad liver health. This may be a reason to take T3 without T4.

I wonder if hard dry fasting ala Filinov would be helpful. I want to try.
