Advice on diet in building phase
I will soon start my second "bulk".
I plan on increasing my calories with swapping out potatoes for white rice, but im not entirely sure yet.
What are peaty foods containing high calories and dont require much time.
my diet atm consists out of:
• raw milk
• honey
• potatoes
• bananas
• muscle meat
• eggs
• orange juice
i mix the raw milk with cocoa powder and honey
to every meal i mix about 10g of collagen into it
i ate around 3k calories on my cut.
I struggle with the amounts of bananas I need to it right now, but it comes in handy as I dont need to prep a lot.
Any help is appreciated. -

@peatolish i think he said it was like an insane small amount of PUFA that is important for the organism.

Puberty Gynocomastia at 17yo
I’m 17 years old and I’m doing bodybuilding.
Ever since I started at age 14-15 I noticed Gynocomastia in my chest.
Since I have developed pec muscles now they stand out quite a bit (especially in hot climate). My diet consists out of:
- Bananas
- Raw Milk
- Honey
- Steak
- Eggs
- Potatoes
- Orange Juice
- Ice Cream
- Collagen Powder (yes from grassfed cows)
Supplemets:
- 6g Taurine (3g morning and afternoon)
- Tocovit (Vitamin E)
- Kuinone (Vitamin K2 MK4)
- Creatine (only 3g post workout)
- Glycin
- Magnesium
- Zinc
Is there anything I can do about it?
I noticed when I am cold or working out (for example do push exercises) the gyno shrinks up.I took a bloodtest and ultrasound at my endocrinologist like a year ago.
Results:
low testosterone (12,77 nmol/L)
and 2cm tissue size under my nipples
since then I tried to optimise every aspect (sleep, diet, sun exposure, supplements, etc..)
Interesting to note is that I am very muscular and also do not struggle to gain muscle or lose fat.
I have a rather higm metabolism as I was cutting bodyfat at around 3k calories with no cardio exercise)
I am interested in hearing your advice or thoughts on my situation.
I understand the roles of Prolactin etc. in relation to glandular tissue. Thanks in advance !
