      I've had good effects from homemade ice-cream using heavy cream, sugar, and frozen berries and then blending it until smooth. The texture can sometimes come out "icy" after freezing but "mixing it" with a spoon after it's frozen removes this. It has never been frozen solid and can be eaten fresh out of the freezer.

      I've liked it a bit more than Ray's Coconut Oil Ice Cream recipe and it's been cheaper for me than most brands. I sometimes put pregnenolone or small cubes of butter into the mix if I feel experimental.

            @LinDaiyu yes thank you for your response and kind attitude. There was some schizo on twitter some time ago who in my DMs ssaid my spine would be eviscerated unless I paid him $50 in crypto and took lots of vitamin k and some other drugs. I immediately paid him and ordered some k2 right away. I like adding k2 to food so I can measure out the droplets.

                @Scythiakun I'm drinking melted Van Leeuwen's "honeycomb" (actually caramel candy flavored). So good! And nearly equal calories from fat and sugar. More balanced than other brands/flavors I've seen

                        I enjoy organic homemade ice cream every evening courtesy of my foid and her ninja creami. Tonight was vanilla with organic strawberries mixed in. Very tasty

                          Eating some Haagen Dazs Strawberry. Usually have the pineapple Haagen or the honeycomb Van Leeuwen. Watching some MMA while eating it before bed

                            @donovan see others talking about the Van Leeuwen honeycomb too, probably the best ingredients I’ve seen in any ice cream;

                            milk, cream, cane sugar, egg yolks, organic brown rice syrup or tapioca syrup, coconut oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract (grain alcohol, vanilla bean), baking soda, salt

                            Also because it’s “French ice cream” that means it has 2 egg yolks rather than 1.

                                    Obliterating some chocolate Haagen-dazs. They only sell chocolate and vanilla in the large $7 tubs from what I’ve seen, so that’s all I’m stuck with since I am being efficient with spending. They need to start making other flavors for the large tubs, put the flavor with the chocolate chip crunchy things in there

                                      @Hitler Seen. The stores here are real inconsistent with their HG stock. One shop does offer the large tub of coffee and has led to many friday night binges. Everywhere else though is the same, vanilla chocolate only.

                                        Rice really is the most anti-ice cream food I can think of. When I see someone on here post about eating rice I know their brain is controlled by endotoxin spores and who knows what else.
