Maybe just a matter of energy metabolism. The oat bran possibly irritates the intestine so your body wants to get it out asap. You could try a hot water bottle on your stomach.

Carrots made me constipated too a few months ago. Don’t eat carrot if it makes you feel bad. Maybe you need animal products

Skim milk is causing constipation, I found I dont need cascara if i eat something that irritates my intestine/skin, cascara doesn't work when these no fiber present in the intestines, magnesium glyincate makes me feel off/wierd

switch brands if something's giving you a bad reaction.
although I'm not even sure what 'off' means here.
Isn't being constipated way more 'off' than about any other sensation?

No, constipation doesn't have any effect on my energy/mood, the magnesium supplement kinda makes me feel dizzy in a someway

if no fiber, and good skin then type 1
with fiber and bad skin type 5 or 3/4 if no milk
my skin has broken out from this carrot, and oat bran, now im itchy on my scalp too

@Samyo Even though I asked how often, I can surmise you are chronically constipated then. So how would you know if constipation doesn't affect your energy?
In fact you can't, since it's a constant. Also, constipation by its very nature is a lack of energy.

@CO3 I;ve pooped 4 times today type 5 from the oat bran and probably yesterdays carrot salad, now my skin is inflammed patchy red on my cheeks

@CO3 Why skim milk over semi/whole?

@Samyo Because fat slows down peristalsis. In general i'd only recommend semi or whole if you're doing very hard physical labor. skim is the way to go for daily consumption IMO espcailly with constipation as an issue
