Losing weight fast (life depends on it) what would Ray do
-
If someone had to lose 25lbs in 16 weeks, and their life depended on it, what would be rec to do in order not to cause too much damage. I was thinking low fat diary like skyr and oranges only. Obv major calorie drop. And long ass walks, biking, those things. Thanks (ps I understand the implications and prob don’t need lecturing on the downsides ty). You can treat it as a theoretical scenario if that’s better for u lol

- Aspirin, caffein, ephedrin, NDT, DNP, testosterone
- Long walks or biking easily
- No fat (5%), high carb (70%), medium protein (25%)
- Fruits, white sugar, honey, mapple sirup
- Daily carrot salad
We will not talk about the downsides of the funny stuff

@honeysugar coconut oil
I found that eating more coconut oil lowered my weight another few pounds, and eating less caused it to increase. - ray peat

@raypneat This is a nice one. Coconut oil is underrated. The MCT fats are also uncoupling mitochondria. That's why you get a warm feeling when eating it.

@honeysugar Long before Peating became mainstream, bodybuilders have been using T3 to cut in preparation for shows.
It’s the straight up gold standard for rapid weight loss.
Also, obv cutting calories in whatever way. I know Peatgroids claim you should eat like 75% carbs during a cut but I don’t think anyone has ever hit single digit BF using that diet.
IMO it should be mostly lean protein while minimizing carbs. If you have a healthy metabolism you shouldn’t need so much sugar to keep your energy up anyway, just enough via sources that don’t spike insulin like OJ. Aromatase inhibitors and uncouplers too. Lots of coffee. Take it black with coconut oil, which is enough to prevent a cortisol spike.

@SeroBass Good post. Honestly walking is OP for weight loss. Can walk 3 or even 4 hours a day and it won't increase stress at all. Would much prefer walking to biking

lose 26 lbs in 2 weeks:
750mg dnp everyday
25 mcg t3 everyday
3 hours of low intensity cardio (walking /treadmill) and very light full body workout everyday
diet: doesn't really matterpossible side effects: death

This is great advice. Thanks a lot.

Very hard to keep fat very low and include Coconut Oil though; I am still trying to figure this one out.

I was thinking coffee with low fat milk, can’t wrap my head around coco oil for weight loss
-
@Evolutionarily according to Ray, 3 flat teaspoons a day is enough

@Evolutionarily thanks a lot!

@honeysugar Even with a prescription most pharmas won’t have it.
Search liothyronine + one of the following countries: Mexico, Turkey, India, Thailand, etc. they all have their own versions easily available for order.

@HubblyBubbly
