-
@Sugarnotsnow Do you know it's sugar content? So far, I think human and donkey's milks are toward the top in sugar content.
-
@LetTheRedeemed I believe it has about 11g per cup while Cow milk has 12g per cup
-
@Sugarnotsnow check
-
@LetTheRedeemed That is the answer I got from google
-
@Sugarnotsnow no problem, that's a new saying I learned from a podcast so I guess it's not saturated culture yet
-
@Sugarnotsnow @LetTheRedeemed
Goatmilk seems to be better than cow's milk when it comes to vitamins and minerals.
-
@Sugarnotsnow
I own and milk my own goats, I certainly feel better on goat milk than I do cows milk for what it’s worth.
-
@RawGoatMilk88 You own goats!? You are living the dream

For me, A2/A2 cow’s milk is a better choice. I have to add sweetener to goat’s milk to get the same pro-metabolic effect as cow’s milk, and I enjoy the flavor of cow’s milk more. I find the musky flavor of goat’s milk when heated up for hot cocoa to be off-putting, and when given choice minerals with kelp, I can taste the kelp in their milk—it tastes fishy. I’ve had cow’s milk from many different breeds and farms and it has never tasted fishy.
-
@Jennifer I too peefer the taste and creaminess of cow's milk. Raw goat's milk does not have that same off-putting taste that heated goat's milk does. When raw I think it tastes fine but would still prefer cow's.
-
@Sugarnotsnow, not when raw, well, some raw goat’s milk I’ve had has tasted musky but it’s rare, however, I always taste musk when I heat up the raw goat’s milk for hot cocoa, and I drink a lot of hot white chocolate in the winter.
