      @asterbolic

How much you weigh? Protein seems a little low.

            Hi,
I don't see glycine in your tab to balance leucine. => ?
I won't eat potatoes with skin on a usual way (oxalates near the skin) but as you bring enough Ca, there won't be any problem to capture excess oxalate (> 50 mg). Unless your digestion is bad (dysbiosis), you don't have to bother.
As the food doesn't bring enough vitamin E, 20-25 mg is needed every day. I won't trust the log for iodine and selenium. Too variable.
The log won't tell you anything about the interaction between liposoluble vitamins. No place for K2 (but K in general), either.
What about the last blood test for vit D?
The log doesn't make the difference between retinol (= vit A) and b-carotenes.
Finally, not bad at all but we can only analyze on 3 days long to see if it's not an exception, and to see what to improve.

              Generalization:
If your temps aren’t consistently good
              You aren’t supporting yourself metabolically

              So
              It may look ok
              But
              Objectively
You need your temps for the fuller story
And or any symptoms as well

The further society drifts from the truth the more it will hate those who speak it.

@asterbolic it isn't drained cabbage then . I would just enter it as raw weight in chronometer
