meds.com.mx scammed me

 Yo… that’s weird as F…. Is your name actually Stephen Cohen or is that a throw away? I use a throw away email called StevenCohen ….. Wild coincidence.

 just stay cool, keep working on it. Send proof again. Be patient. I think it will be okay.

 I'm surprised to hear that. I have had only good experiences with them.
 I do know their response to emails is slow or non existent. I had an issue with them only once, they did not respond but later the issue was resolved anyway. It just took time.

 @happyhanneke my experience exactly.
-

 @AnxiousMess hahah that’s odd but no, that’s the email they have you make Zelle payments to. Other pharmacies use him too, so he’s got a good thing goin…. It’s all over their front pages so I don’t feel bad sharing it.

 @Ecstatic_Hamster @happyhanneke thanks for the reminder. I should keep trying. I guess I was a bit dejected because they offered no explanation and it was pretty final. I’m gonna keep trying. Yeah so far I’ve had 2 strikes out of 3 with Orders from them — at least I could use the cynoplus they erroneously sent instead of the cynomel that I ordered…

 @LetTheRedeemed I ordered from them after you recommended me. We paid with Zelle and it came in within a month. No complaints here

 @BroJonas dam lol i was such a good customer

 @ThinPicking lmao

 Dang that sucks I've been ordering from them for years with no problems, ever.
 I used to send money orders at first, then I started using Zelle still with no issues.Their customer service is lacking. I will continue using them though as the hits are bigger than the misses for me.

 @xeliex hey as long as it works when you use it lol. I'm dissapointed because it was half the price of the other pharmacy I was using (besides the fact I'm out 120 bucks)

 I suggest using this pharmacy Ray suggested in an interview: <mymexicandrugstore.com> They let you pay with card. It's telling that you can't do that with meds.com.mx or farmacia del nio (which are totally the same company). 8 more dollars for peace of mind after the other stole 120 bucks is a no brainer - and Ray suggested it...

 That's amazing!
 Thanks for sharing this.

 So meds.com.mx has not replied to any subsequent emails either. I’m just calling it a total cartellish gamble to use them. So Hope they like the smell of their farts the day you place an order — because not complaining when they send a wrong order and referring them to new clientele isn’t good enough if they have a bad day.

 just to add to this, I also did an order the other week, paid through Zelle and have not received any payment confirmation or anything. Can't get a response through email/reaching out to them. Fair warning, unsure if others still experiencing these issues.

 @kangaroo4546 Just to add to this... was there any particular way you guys who had success crafted the email to confirm payment? I had sent an email to get crypto address with no response, then did zelle confirmation, then tried emailing again (both addresses) and the third attempt got undelivered message... I saw they have an AI filtering a lot of emails, wondering if my message got buried/filtered? I put nothing about order num/name in subject line.

 @kangaroo4546 I ordered from them, I paid with crypto, and they shipped my product pretty much the next day. They have been sending updates.
