1 month results, starting parameters - 195cm/100kg, now - 195cm/91.5 kg.

Diet - boiled chicken 300–500 g, 50–100 g of candy, unlimited coffee and energy drinks (zero sugar).
Weight-loss-related drugs — bromocriptine 2.5 mg, aspirin 250–500 mg.Other drugs/supplements:
Finasteride 1 mg
Vitamin E 400 mg twice per week
Vitamin D3 5000 IU
Calcium ascorbate 100–300 mg
L-theanine 200–500 mg
MSM 1–2 g
Potassium iodide 200 mcg

Ya, great work but I see 2 problems:- sugar cane molasse doesn't contain B1 enough. Interaction with B1 B2 b3 required. Not only.
- except when dieting with a protocol (5.2 or 16.8 fast or a fast on 2 discontinuous days), I won't eat less than 80 % of my needs. Otherwise the brain is going to interfere by slowing down the metabolism (thyroid). Very difficult to go backwards then. Moreover our 3 mean organs requires 1600 K/cal minimum. However, it could be fine when you've accustomed the brain and the liver to function with ketones; it could then be different (if you know how to manage).
Look after the liver function too (keep under control and don't wait too long when you observe sth special like histaminose, detox, ...). Then slow down (pause). Take a break to bring useful cofactors (enzymes). - If we take caffeine and energy drinks, sensors are going to be accustomed to to get the same effect, unless you take it every 5 hours (4--6 hours half-life). If you push the accelerator pedal with a stimulator, but you lack fuel, you'll overdrive (amplification effect on thyroid and liver).

Why not just do the "honey diet" with reduced fat and protein?
How long will the sugar diet run? Eating a deficit of any food type will cause fat loss but also muscle loss. Don't lose your gainz. -
I've lost 10kg in the last 5 months(85kg to 75kg) effortlessly, without doing exercise and without using drugs/medication even though my focus was rather in experimentation than losing weight.
Im still refining my understanding of my own body and peating.
Some of my takes.Orange juice - didnt feel any benefit. Maybe because of orange quality.
Carrot - great, eat everyday at least 1. There are sweeter carrots and bitter carrots. I feel the sweeter ones are better. Dont eat it if its core is green.
Watermelon - best fruit ever. Great brain energy, and digestion. Even better if almost frozen.
- cucumber - good for hydration and skin.
Milk - may make you gain weight. There are two instances in which milk didnt make me fat. Either drinking it cold mixed with ice or eating milk gelatin. Milk gelatine actually made ne lose weight faster when i experimented with it however you will feel much more hunger.
Fat - no fried food, specially pufa. Licking some coconut oil may benefit. I still didnt notice any difference.
Coffe - increases energy expenditure. I prefer to drink it only in the mornings. Too much causes headaches.
Water - least the better. If drinking water drink it cold and dont sip it more than three times. You can lose a lot of water weight and face bloatedness this way(sip it 3 times, piss, repeat) but i dont think its healthy because the days i did it i felt intense bruxism.
Sunlight - great overall.
Learn how to sunbath.
Control the body temperature and hidration of the skin before and while sunbathin to stimulate higher vitamin d without burning your skin by:- eating/drinkin cold beverages/foods. Watermelon, coconut water
- getting wet. In/out pool to cool down. Or as i do. Get a bucket of water and throw at yourself whenever you get too hot or your skin gets dry.
