For the Mg Bisglycinate from HSN, I tested: I threw it in the trash: I don't like the taste (disgusting) and it is badly diluting. It’s +/ OK with lemon juice. I prefer the one from nutrixeal.com (France) but there is surely cheaper. Quality has a price.

It’s beef and they make it from their skin.
Not organic though. But I don’t know if it’s important for the quality. -

Because with magnesium bisglycinate form HSN, I've thrown it away (what remained) with the waste in the garbage. Awful taste. it dilutes very badly. -

@LucH It dilutes perfectly and has no taste. I add it in my coffee and in my food sometimes, and I don’t notice any difference in flavor.

Anyone have a source for good quality activated charcoal? preferreably from coconut. All the options on toxinless are for the US.

@pannacottas There's lots of those. The hard thing is finding one that's a fine grain. get some tooth powder from amazon, it's cheap
