I got excited until I saw that it was estriol rather than estradiol.

"Estriol, however, has been shown to protect against estrogenic cancers, decreases the risk of fibrocystic changes in the breasts, and can even help women with estrogen-related weight changes to drop the extra pounds."
in the presence of estradiol, it is antiestrogenic

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/830547/However, when E3 is present continuously and RnE3 is elevated and maintained, E3 is a potent estrogen without antagonistic properties.
In an estrogen dominant state like in menopause (which is what they're advertising it for), it doesn't seem useful. Even context aside, I can't think of a use in which someone would prefer that over progesterone.

"It seems that an "empty/unbound androgen receptor" is the worst thing as far as glucocorticoid signalling - and that even androgen antagonists interacting with the androgen receptor can reduce that glucocorticoid signalling."
