CoQ10 Experiences
-
Recently I've been focusing more on the electron transport chain and mitochondrial energy production.
Supplemented various B vitamins including thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, inositol, and P5P.One other key factor in mitochondrial energy production is coenzyme Q10 and I was curious what other's experiences are and dosing that worked for them for various purposes.
I have a congenital heart condition (bicuspid aortic valve) so CoQ10 may be of particular relevance to me.
For the record I started off with one gram as it arrived in the mail today from Purebulk and my weight is 210lbs/95kg. Will follow up with results.
One thing so far is potentially increased blood flow to extremities (hands, feet), and feeling generally relaxed and energized. It's a very slight general improvement and will see if this is repeatable and has duration to it.

I am gonna try Ubiquinol/CoQ10 soon for hair regrowth
Pretty crazy testimonial about it here:Also would be nice for it's heart/cardiovascular health benefits, especially since there's some theories that balding is related to poor heart health.
