Donald Trump defies the laws of aging. An obese, garbage food eating insomniac conquered the world at 78 (politics aside)

@Insomniac
My husband is like that. Although he's 70 but he still works full time as a project manager building homes. He never exercises, drinks daily and does not worry about what he eats. Although we do not eat shitty food because I buy the groceries and cook. He also eats only once a day and has done that all his life. -

He also eats only once a day and has done that all his life.That is really interesting. Very few people will maintain a omad routine their whole life.
Do you think it helped him age slower?
-
@Insomniac
I don't know. He's not interested in any of these things. He's passionate about his work and that's what he thinks about. It's pointless for me too to text or call when he's in the zone, he's not going to acknowledge it. I'm used to is he's a good man.
He has done this all his life just because food doesn't interest him during the day. He's too occupied in his head. If he comes home during the day and I put food in front of him he will eat it. -
@happyhanneke I see what you're saying. I have heard the story of people who fall apart after retiring. The like the idea of it but the reality was the job kept them going. That sounds like Trump for sure. However if the job is really high stress then it cuts the other way too.

External stress is overrated. It should actually be seen as hormetic. It keeps the saw sharpened. As long as you can outrun or outsmart the predator, you are fine. And good internal health centering on optimal metabolism is what counts most.

@yerrag
The only reason he is comfy with his prostate is finasteride. I took it for year or so it just felt so good. He was taking finasteride for hair growth, not sure if he keeps taking it now.
But having hair allows him to absorb cosmic energy directly into brain ... and feel super confident. -

I guess it is safe to say that a president is entitled to the best health care that the hospital complex has conjures up.
And the best is coming up short. And what you are seeing is accelerated aging. Not from the external stress, but from the side effects of iatrogenic intervention by the top witch doctors funded by healthcare insurance.

I think Trump is healthy enough that despite taking Finasteride, he is doing as well as he is now.

@Insomniac Can I see it from the back?

The job seems to have hormeticated Joe Biden a stroke soon after getting elected

I was watching his victory speech and thinking to myself how he seems to have more hair today than 8 years ago lol.
Only an Aryan like Trump could be capable of something like this. -
He doesn't work a physical job. He isn't stressed. He's a billionaire. He's probably taking a lot of top notch drugs and supplements like all celebrities are.
I think the Biden dementia thing at this point was just a hoax. Body double? Mask? It's all TV.

@Corngold
physical jobs like people do on farms are very stress-lowering. But these kind of people choose stress to drive them -
theres honestly something peaty about mcdonalds . apart from the deep fried stuff. just going there for some burgers and coke, maybe a soft serve and an apple pie after. wonder if he actualy eats it frequently
-
@Insomniac
He had a healthy upbringing, breastfed without financial stress and his father was a capable business man and the gene theory is somewhat true, he acquired his speaking talent.
With oratory talent you can stay in the center of attention longer and this gives you power by draining others. He also had a stimulating lifestyle, probably even taking adrenochrome.
He for sure is on some meds that no one knows about that keeps the brain sharp.Having his business, he never had an authority figure behind him, so he kept serotonin low. Having power keeps you healthy.
Who says that external stress is overrated doesn't know what stress is. A manager shouting at you, while being in a low serotonin state will give you power to fight back, but the conflict will still be there. Then, everytime you meet him, serotonin will rise because you remember the past conflict. It's a cycle. -

He is doing intermittent fasting it seems. Maybe it is truly for the genetic elite. I should stop listening to people here and listen to my body. I always feel more alive when I don't eat at the start of the day.
-
I agree with everything mentioned except I would bet he only uses conventional medicine. He's pretty old school. Maybe one of his kids is slipping something.
@Kilgore The intermittent fast could be the other important variable. Thanks for following up
Let's not forget an element of pure luck. The guy profited from being shot in the head while it didn't help Abraham Lincoln even a little.

It's all a scam. He is an actor where everything was planned in order to give the false illusion to the public that the system wants him dead and that he is the solution to it. It's all manipulation and people fell for it.
You can make lies, but there would always be people that don't fall for it. It's impossible to brainwash all 100% of them. The remaining awakened individuals would try to wake up the masses or give up. There is a continuous conflict between the awakened and people in power, and that's how Google works, by censoring it. Using Yandex gives you other responses that can't be find with Google.Off topic: With Yandex I found a study where finnish scientists were against exercise, and it felt impossible with Google.

I wonder if Lincoln was also a hoax. The story is ridiculous and obviously created a cottage industry over 150 years.
