What is you best advice to deepen voice

I know this might be a topic some people find uncomfortable, as others have mentioned, but it’s undeniably important—if not one of the most significant factors in how others perceive us. Let’s use this thread to compile the best tips for deepening one’s voice. I’ll start:
This was shared by @sphenoid:
“It’s related to the tone of the vagus and accessory nerves, which control the vocal cords and throat. Massage, light therapy, and topical nutrients applied to these regions can help improve their function.”

@William-Shat Big part of it is training to "speak from" your diaphragm and not your head, making sure not to deepen it using your actual vocal chords, per se, or else you sound like an idiot and people will definitely be able tell. Aside from this high-ROI behavioural shift, I think much of it is DHT-driven and the changes will be permanent. Also I'm confident serotonin is involved in some way, seen it in myself and others.

@albion Interesting. Do you believe serotonin lowers or raises pitch, and what did you observe in others and yourself?
