Grounding sheet for bed
-
Is faraday fabric better? place it under the bed at the very least?
-
@CO3 To effectively block EMF you would need to sleep inside a big microwave...
You may also want to know about an important difference between earthing and grounding... https://youtu.be/JGD68wd_f7I

@Kvirion What can I do to significantly reduce EMF while sleeping?
-
@Kvirion Where's the proof for what the guy is saying? It's ridiculous. The ground pin on a socket is not 'full of dirty electricity' that's ridiculous and it would mean it wouldn't function (it does)
-
@CO3 You'd need to sleep inside a Faraday cage, i.e. build one for yourself as a kind of tent out of tubing and fabric on top of your bed. Closed in every direction with zippers or flaps. If you only place a grounded sheet on or below your mattress this will act as the EMF equivalent of a lightning rod which you wouldn't want to have placed anywhere next to you.

Got some truly astounding results from this. 5th floor apartment, simply plugged into the ground.

@CO3 care to elaborate?

Yeah, I'd also appreciate getting a little more by way of explanation from people who have a better understanding of electromagnetic frequencies than I do.
I have one of those faraday fabric canopies for my bed with a sheet that's supposed to go underneath, creating a tent. When I use my EMF meter inside though, the RF reading is dramatically reduced (I live in a big city, 3rd floor apartment, cell towers and routers everywhere), but it's not at zero. My guess would be that there are little gaps In the tent system. Healthwise, is it actually worse to be inside the faraday cage with slight leakage, basically like being getting cooked inside a microwave with RF bouncing around everywhere, or outside the tent where the readings are consistently high?

I just saw this:
This is the one he bought: https://earthingcanada.ca/products/earthing-elite-mattress-cover-kit/

good goy
maybe if he says the f-word a few more times it becomes even more authentic
