Suffering, getting worse

ngs that are easy to digest- milk, cheese, fruit juices, gelatin, certain ice creams.
Ok but you know that wont make me have bowel movements? they will come out like bristol chart 1 from that.
I can digest fiber easy. But that doesnt mean I will be symptom free. E.g smelly body odor, and skin races/inflammation
Beef, eggs also easily digestable, yet make my armpits smell
-
@Samyo everything is pointing to either SIBO or gut dysbiosis. If it's the latter I'd recommend you to look into a fecal microbiota transplant.

You might be hypothyroid. Low stomach acid, Intestinal fermentation, constipation etc can be the symptoms. What's the rest of your health like? Your pulse and temperature?
Have you also experimented with the gut drugs like cypro and use of pregnenolone?
-
@Hando-Jin Intestinal fermentation solves constipation problems
no fiber = no poop
Doubt im low stomach acid since I can digest foods easily, no digestive issues like bloating gas or pain
dont feel anything from betaine hcl anyway
I run warm
Dont feel nothing from pregenolone. probably because I dont feel bad.. and full of energy

@Samyo i have similar reactions to what you have so i personally have changed my diet to white tiger prawns and lactose free milk 1.5% fat with diy melted sugar cane mixed into it. i am going to keep this diet up for about a month i am trying to clear all pufa with the low fat diet. been feeling pretty good so far
-
Antibiotics may help also. Doxycycline have you tried?
Sometimes when I need a boost I just say hello haagen dasz a few cups of coffee then off to the gym and do a hard workout. Pounding those bicepscurls.
Feels better after.

@heyman coffee and icecream = red rash in beard

color of stool?
I have a similar situation, and I have biliary pancreatitis, I drink UDCA, my stool is light in color...
because of this I have intestinal dysbacteriosis, I started making yogurt with reuteri bacteria and lactobacilli, my intestines and digestion have become much better, so I can drink a liter of milk in the form of yogurt, I eat grated apples, and turkey broth with potatoes or rice, it helped me a lot.Bacteria also produce enzymes that help digest food.

@alex155 the healthy brown colour
why am i noticing more scalp flaking and hair shedding my skin, eyebrows, face, begins to take no a dry red look with flaking skin just holding on until i pick it off under the inflammed skin Fiber increased and bowel movements too...
I had white button mushrooms, cherries and some grapes. and psyilium husk. I have had them all isolated too. so its not remove one and expect a different outcome.
Its always the same outcome with every fiber
-
@Samyo my first thought, is that that sounds like the nutrient deficiencies induced by speeding up metabolism — Ray showed studies comparing sat fat and pufa on skin symptoms — before they discovered all the vitamins needed to fortify labmice chow.
-
@LetTheRedeemed nah, I get it the same everytime.
plus it doesn't explain the rash on cheeks from increased fiber and bowel movements. I feel the itch on my skin and scalp a day after
Im told I need to poop once-twice a day. But the cost is my symptoms.
Why is fiber irritating my skin/scalp and hair and not my gut? and i dont believe its a die off
-
@LetTheRedeemed from deepseek chat gpt
"Underlying Digestive or Skin Condition
Eczema or Dermatitis – If you have a skin condition, certain foods might trigger flare-ups. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Gut Imbalance – Sometimes, gut irritation from fiber can manifest as skin issues (gut-skin connection).
-
Fungal or Bacterial Overgrowth (Less Likely but Possible)
If fiber is feeding an imbalance in your gut microbiome (e.g., SIBO or candida), it could indirectly affect your skin."
how is that possible with increased bowel movements?
and yes "if i have a skin condiiton" well its caused by fiber and possibly coffee...Without gut irritation from fiber then gut bacteria will increase from a lack of bowel movements...
Removing fiber meants im limited to milk only pretty much that already seems to mess with my stool shape...

When the emunctories are saturated (liver, kidneys, random stools), the exit door will often be the skin (disseminated eczema).
Also learn about the possible causes of histamine reactions (not only H3, but also L3) to learn how to modulate and assist.
PS: I won't only focus on symptoms (to relieve them = short term). Deal with the cause.

@Samyo you get symptoms when you eat pro-metabolic foods.
