@pittybitty, it sure is. I make it without a crust for me and with a crust for my family. 🙂

Does it taste like cream cheese?

@alfredoolivas Much much creamier. Fairly similar to basque cheesecake but creamier

Agreed with certain other foods posted here, especially a properly made cheesecake.

So for my entry i nominate 60% cream Havarti cheese, plain and dill flavored. The issue for myself is that it's been about two years since i've seen the brand on the storeshelf, i've forgotten the name. It may not have been a Danish import (?) as the producer or packaging company was in the midwest US. I've yet to find a more delicious calcium supplement. Maybe i should check that store again .... today.

Was cream cheese (and arguably custard), not milk, the actual bioenergetic staple all this time?

@pittybitty milk is intressting bcus its not as digestible as (soft) cheeses in general its like its lwk overrated unless you like decide to live on it alone, Ive recently been taking my raw milk and turning it into cheese cus my hypo ass cant tolerate excessive amounts, and have been finding myself eat like 3L worth of raw milk in one sitting
