      No, but I did feel like shit during a group meeting. Just depressed and demoralized, tired and bad mood as mentioned by Corngold. At the time I thought it was cause I didn't eat anything but by the night I started to get signs of sore throat.

        Just FYI I haven't gotten the flu since atleast I was 10! So 14 years. Only type of sickness I would get is a cold after I went outside with wet hair.

            I had the flu once when I was 4 or so, but after that just colds, however, like my dad I got the flu in January and was so sick I ended up being rushed by ambulance to the hospital. Trying to care for my dad, while sick myself, I almost fell down a flight of stairs after fighting syncope for over a week, then my arms suddenly went numb and I watched as my hands involuntarily curled in on themselves. While in the waiting room of the ER, the rest of my extremities and face went numb. Despite all the liquids I was taking in, in an attempt to prevent dehydration, I ended up so dehydrated that I needed two bags of fluids. I had COVID twice and it was a walk in the park compared to this flu. It was a month before I felt normal, and my dad is still getting over major fatigue and the dry cough.

                  @Kilgore I know you said you tried aspirin, but I can confirm what Danny says, that it's basically dose dependent.

                  If I keep my dose climbing to heretofor unseen realms, I will cross the horizon faster and then rebound faster, no matter what it is. I'm talking more than one occasion reaching over 3 grams each morning, lol (high doses crash blood sugar so I don't take it at night). I do take breaks or go low dose, especially after going that high and getting out of the woods, and you definitely want to take corresponding amounts of vit K. This, plus high dose vit D and calcium, has become my panacea stack. I dissolve the aspirin with baking soda.

                    i had an inkling of some sort of head cold or flu coming on, you know that weird slight dissasociates dizzy feeling, so i took :

                    500mg niacinamide
                    300mg ttfd
                    100mg riboflavin
                    6mg methylene blue
                    1g vitamin c
                    8000iu vit d
                    1mg cyproheptadine
                    3g taurine

                    with 1L of skim milk, 1/2 tspoon of iodized salt , 45g honey, 10g collagen peptides, 30g alkalized cocoa powder

                    will slam 1 or 2 x 100mg doxycyclines a few hours later maybe . later on will eat 1/4 head raw purple cabbage for dat sulforaphane and gut cleansing fibres. and probably alot of coffee and maybe a bit of aspirin.

                    i think if i hadnt eaten a bunch of iron fortified white flour pizza yesterday this wouldnt have even occured, def felt endotoxin symptoms after that. also i had an interpersonal beef irl that lasted approx 24hrs before being resolved.

                    i actually think ive had the same sickness alot of people are complaining about rn just that since i have been on an ubermensche lifestyle that it didnt really effect me much, one night i had nightmares around the same time people were getting ill so i think it has been present since. i also uninstalled twitter and logged out since i notice using this type of social media due to the objectively evil algorithm draws in psychic egregores.

                    for dinner probably chicken livers

                        in general for cold and flu:

                        lots of vitamin e (6 x 400 units before bed)

                        vitamin k to counteract blood thinning from vitamin e

                        ascorbyl palmitate (1,5 grams)

                        astaxanthin with a fatty meal (50 to 100 mg)

                        for your throat specifically:

                        you can directly apply methylene blue, by just slowly swallowing a solution, or using oversized q-tips

                        The most effective remedy but the most unpleasant one, is swallowing ginger juice. it will sting quite a bit, but it's incredibly effective. I actually have it in a squirt bottle with a bent nozzle, so that The Ginger juice doesn't touch my teeth. do it a few times a day as needed, the stinging will go down as the condition improves.
