                  @jamezb46 u lowkey tried to mock me for suggesting AI book was bad and then u urself came to the conclusion my intuition is right when presented with material evidence and your ego dissauaded you from being cool about it after and saying “my bad”

                  ur antagonism isnt tough or intimidating or respectful, it is cringe

                  also ur inability to appreciate things like doms isnt necessary for muscle growth is the same as reddit tier posters on steroid subs saying the cliche things like test is best or whatever archaic now irrelevant steroid cycle things but youre too arrogant to recognize the same energy being displayed in your attitude by eyerolling at the no doms claim

                  this is the best i can do to explain it, you may not comprehend it, it’s because u cant see the level i am speaking from yet

                    @sunsunsun

                    There’s a recent study in which participants (young and active) performed concentric exercises and took NSAIDs on the same day, and those who took NSAIDs experienced much greater muscle hypertrophy despite having strength gains equal to the placebo group. And if you use knockout cPLA2 animals, which drastically reduces COX-2, the muscles exhibit excessive hypertrophy even without stimulation.

                    Muscle CSA was increased from baseline in both groups at 28 days (PLA 4.3 ± 2.5%, P = 0.039; NSAID 4.6 ± 3.7%, P = 0.011), but only in the NSAID group at 84 days (PLA 3.9 ± 0.8%, NSAID 8.6 ± 5.3%; P < 0.001; NSAID vs. PLA, P = 0.038), and was paralleled by muscle volume changes

                    I honestly think it would be harmful in two cases, and this is just my opinion:

                    1. You’re already reasonably PUFA depleted, especially of omega-6
                    2. Your type of training causes a lot of muscle damage.

                    In the case of 2, I think that when you have a lot of structural damage and lack the energy to recover quickly and adequately, suppressing inflammation (and hormesis) would prevent the tissue from remodeling to adapt to this energy deficit, so it could become vulnerable.

                    But it’s best to test it yourself and draw your own conclusions.

                      @sunsunsun No I mocked you for expecting the confirmation that the book was not AI slop to come from the OP of that thread who looks like he is either the author or otherwise affiliated with the author. As the great Thomas Reid wrote, "If you want to know if a man is a liar, don't ask him"

                        @jamezb46 weird way to focus on aspect of my post when spirit of such is the same as your intention to not read LLM slop book
                        just looking for a reason to be antagonistic = cope maxxing, usually aspect of some sort of twinky physiogonomy.

                        notice how you didnt respond to rest of my post about your cringe authority on bodybuilding behavior. you are literally a 175lb 5 foot 8 inches man who repeatedly posts shirtless pics of himself on bioenergetic dot forum.

                        as the great uncle adolf says: “ he couldn't remember a thing, except that he had proved the correctness of his assertions the previous day. Sometimes I stood there thunderstruck. I didn't know what to be more amazed at: the agility of their tongues or their virtuosity at lying. Gradually I began to hate them.”
