some people say because if lessens inflammation that taking aspirin after lifting is bad for muscle growth, firstly is this even a realistic thing from a bioenergetic pov (think i read somewhere doms actually doesnt matter for muscle geowth) and secondly, well that’s it i dont have a second question. im thinking of taking it before lifting to get super relaxed and blissed out with coffee. just 325mg

I don't have an answer but i share your doubt, it doesn't seem like reducing inflammation would reduce muscle growth. Am pretty sure there's someone with an answer for that but ... i'd love to hear it too.

As for myself, i always have three water bottles handy which i take a gulp from before and after a workout. My mixed Vitamin-B water, my buffered Aspirin and Quali-C water, and my Mag+Calcium bicarbonate mineral water. I do not get sore unless i really push it with extra negative reps, and even then the soreness is mild and disappears fast. Almost forgot, i always have my fortifield collagen powder after workouts too, am sure it's helping.

As for bliss with coffee i recommend everyone try the following, put a small pinch of Mag-Sulfate (USP epsom salt) in every cup. Just as sugar can help blunt the cortisol response that small amount of Magnesium is noticeable, it actually caught on at my workplace. Collagen in coffee is icing on the cake at this point.
