hello, im around 14% body fat as of now and im trying to get 10% or less, im on test so i dont really worry about it messing that up.

what would be some effective methods of cutting to that low body fat without or with minimal caloric restriction. I keep my fat usually around 10% and i eat around 70% carbs, i usually only get my carbs from sugar although idk if its okay to have potatoes on a cut?

i eat rn like 2500-2800 calories a day sometimes 3000 and im pretty much mantaining rn

im 166cm and 64kg and high activity level

      supplements i take rn:
      thiamine
      vitamin d3
      vitamin k2
      glycine
      magnesium glycinate

ive taken some info from a user here who goes by jameszb46 so im going to start doing this stack
400mg caffeine and 40mg clenbuterol a day and maybe add aspirin
i have yet to start that but i will soon this week

so yea im asking abt ways to cut without caloric restriction or minimal and how to boost my metabolic rate so after i cut i can mantain with lots of calories

@Tskull tbh, I think the diet composition has minimal effects, unless it is low protein or you deplete some of your PUFA, via an EFA intake of less than 2g. The reason EFA matters, is for the long term. If you deplete them, there is a higher chance you can keep the weight off. I am hesitant to claim that a EFA deficient diet has any positive effect on short term weight loss.

@texugodomel has written substantial amounts on EFA depletion, I recommend you dwelve into his posts if you are interested.

Low protein isn’t safe with your medication, in my opinion. You have a good fat burning stack already, that is moving 90% of your adjustable RMR, the important thing is to now find a way to adhere to calorie restriction.

@alfredoolivas i eat under 3g of PUFA daily, ive been avoiding PUFA for long time so i think my fat is pretty much saturated fats atp. idk what is EFA ill look into it. im not doing low protein just 0.7-0.9g/lb protein.

i will try out this stack that im going to do and report back here about my results but just looking for some additional info on what im doing or what else to do. Also what do u suggest i restrict my calories to?
