@djledda
I only knew about Vorzugsbutter, somehow it didn't click to me that there has to be a Vorzugsmilch as well.
Already found a farm vendor in my city that sells both Vorzugsmilch and raw milk - thank you! Great find.

RE: Europe & Raw Milk
@peaty-runescape Thanks for your comment.
Just to specify, what does a "local market" in your country constitute?I will definitely try the direct approach. How do you / others in this thread prepare the raw milk?

RE: Bioenergetic video games?
@Hitler Agree.
Shame the game is being driven into the ground, I miss the days of CS:GO. -
RE: The Future of Europe
@Martiño Disagree.
The EU in its economical sense is absolutely crucial to European states in order to resist China/USA/Russia's spheres, Ceteris Paribus, i.e. leaving all political matters aside.
Reforming EU and maintaining the EEA, alternatively another form of the OCA (Optimal Currency Area) theory in practice is the key to prevent a sharp economic downturn and to have one thing less to worry about.
We can all agree that EU as a political entity is corrupt and hostile to the white, working-class European but removing it altogether makes no sense in my eyes. It's a hastily-made opinion, coming from a standpoint I however very well understand.

RE: Helpful information for Acne
I believe with acne, it's crucial to realise what triggers it for you and what doesn't. For many, it's the indirect cause of malfunctioning thyroid function and hence can be either treated long-term by stabilising yours or simply removing and adjusting parts of your diet.
I used to have skin/gut problems with certain types of diary - mostly pasteurized. Wasted a lot of money and time trying to find a different trigger or cause just to justify continuing to drink milk.
Found that raw milk / kefir / cheese from raw milk do not trigger acne for me and it's mostly just the pasteurized milk products that I do not tolerate well.I think a large part here is played by the hormones released by pasteurized milk but I am not well versed here - maybe someone can contribute here?

Has anyone read "Selective Breeding and the Birth of Philosophy" by C. Alamariu?
Thoughts?

RE: Can we not have ads please
It looks almost always better without ads, but I doubt the upkeep is cheap.
One ad banner at the bottom would not be too drastic in my opinion. -

Which country are you in?
Getrawmilk.com is a good resource
In the UK I get mine from farmers markets or buy online and get it delivered
I'll look into it, thanks. Otherwise I'll just continue with the vending machines.
I'm currently in southern Germany.

@alpine-raspberry Sounds like you are Swiss, German or Austrian?
I get my raw milk from the nature shops (local health shop). I always buy the brand "Demeter Rohmilch". It tastes best and my gut has no problems with it.
Only issue: 3.90 Swiss Francs per liter.I saw those cows with my own eyes in Zürich. They have better live than me
I saw good farms near Bern and generally Switzerland seems to be a leading country in this regard, I love the local produce at their quality too. Great stuff.
I bought cheese made with raw local milk frequently, noticed they did not cause any constipation nor gut issues. -
Europe & Raw Milk
Where do you, my Europeans on here, get your raw milk?
As it's not freely available in any stores aside from the smaller farm vendors, the only feasible option to me is to buy it through the vending machines, scattered over some cities.
I've however heard that this method is substandard most of the time and how the milk forms sediments inside, which increases the risk of thermoduric bacteria.Do you drink the milk as is from the bottle, do you heat it up at home to 70°C or do you boil it yourself?
I've found that I tolerate warm raw milk to a very good degree, leaving out the hormonal aspect out for now.Open to any suggestions or experiences.
