@DavidPS Do you know if ray recommended any other forms of calcium? The person I'm working with is very familiar with Ray's work , but she disagreed with eggshells as being a well absorbed form of calcium. She actually said that they were one of the least assimilated forms. She has being doing htma work for a while and uses diet more than supplements. I consume lots of raw dairy, but clearly need more calcium. I just want to find a well absorbed form of calcium that I can take long term that isn't high in heavy metals.

Heavy Metals in Calcium Supplements
According to my hair mineral analysis, I need to supplement calcium. I consume plenty of dairy, but apparently I am not absorbing it or enough of it.
The htma coach I am working with suggested I take calcium citrate, gluconate, or taurinate. I prefer whole food supplements and found this whole fish bone calclium from Traditional Foods https://www.traditionalfoods.org/fish-bone-calciu-mchc-powder.html
I asked them for a COA for heavy metals and this is what they sent me:
When converted to PPB these all seem way too high.
However, I have found articles and studies finding heavy metal contamination common in many other calcium supplements.Has anyone else researched this or found clean calcium supplements? I have eggshells from my own chickens, but the htma coach did not think calcium carbonate was a well absorbed form.

RE: L. Reuteri
@CrumblingCookie I've been making L. Reuteri yogurt without the inulin or any other added prebiotic and it comes out great. I also make some batches with raw milk and it tastes just the same as the batches where I heat the milk. I'm not sure why people heat the milk to 180 F for 30 minutes. Bringing it up to 165 F for 15 seconds should be good enough to kill competing bacteria, 180 F for 10 denatures the protein and makes it set thicker, though my raw milk gets thick enough. I use goats milk.

RE: Drone Activity: December 2024
@ThinPicking lol yeah I feel like an alien most of the time. I had both about 10 years ago and realized they were sucking my soul away. Never had a smart phone.

RE: Drone Activity: December 2024
@Peatful This isn't my video. I don't have a cell phone or camera. I just saw this same formation last night, moving all around and then it gets really bright and amber at one point and they all go out. I did a search online to see if anyone in my area had a video of anything like what I saw last night. I'm sure whatever is going on is a psyops of some sort. Just wondering if anyone knows what else could look like this. I'm probably 100 miles away from where this video was taken, but it's just what I saw.

I saw this exactly last night too, in the northwestern sky. They were moving in all different directions and I watched for 10 minutes or so. Also saw them get really bright for a few seconds and then dim out one by one. I thought they were satellites until they got really bright. I read that satellites don't move like this. Does anyone know if that's true? They certainly didn't look like the starlink ones we see all the time. -
RE: FDA approved BOVAER for dairy in the US (Its over)
Smaller farms are unlikely to use anything like this. Many already use kelp, which also supposedly reduces methane. Just buy from the smallest dairies and find out about their practices. Many farms (even organic) do vaccinate their cows, so that's already something to think about. Almost all chickens get a GM vaccine at the hatchery. I believe they spray it on the eggs. Many organic farmers are not even aware of this and only a few hatcheries are willing not do it, but you need to request that.

RE: advice for gut issues/constipation
Enemas. Start with saline. then try coffee, lemon juice, chamomile, or coconut oil. When you're that backed up, I think enemas are the safest option to clear the toxins quickly.

RE: Glucose loading cures everything?
Has Dr. Stevens treated anyone with severe autism? A family member of mine is 31, severely autistic, non verbal and sometimes bangs his head, necessitating a helmet at times. He is extremely sensitive to many things, his mother has given up on any detox, the reactions to even some B vitamins can be extreme. I haven't read Dr. Stevens book, but am wondering if glucose could help someone like him or if it could trigger too much detox. He is having trouble walking at this point and his mother is losing hope.
