Cod Liver Oil
Black Seed Oil
Vitamin D3 5000IU minimum
Having lots of Vitamin C (natural origin is best)

@secondkelping Hey, it seems that a certain strain is related to skin issues. I was diagnosed very young (14yo) and it was gone for a while. But seems to have come back in the last years. I’ve heard some people relating that they felt more warm and energetic by eating a clove of garlic before going to bed, but that it had also given them strange dreams. What are your guys experiences on this?
