RE: Weight of my sins done tearing my soul, now tearing my body
@IkeIkeforever First and foremost it’s best to get a diagnosis of your condition. Being that you refer to it as “sin” it gives a sexual nature to it but it bears to have in mind that skin issues can often be a sign of a myriad of things.
Things that may help your immune system at the moment:
Cod Liver Oil
Black Seed Oil
Vitamin D3 5000IU minimum
Having lots of Vitamin C (natural origin is best)
Wild Oregano Oil
Lots of prayers! -

RE: Malassezia nuking protocol
@secondkelping Hey, it seems that a certain strain is related to skin issues. I was diagnosed very young (14yo) and it was gone for a while. But seems to have come back in the last years. Was looking for a way to get rid of it internally. I will use your advice and the one below to see any results. Thanks!!

@MB He is very energetic and aggressive, a bit more than the last one we had that died last year. Not used to it but I’ll sure take him on walks

RE: Need tips on taming a dog
@Peatriot He’s very energetic and I try to match his energy, but sometimes he gets a bit to excited and starts jumping and biting. Haven’t yet figured out a good way to reprehend this behavior. I will watch the recommended channels below ️
