You'll want plenty of Vitamin E to protect from the fat you are releasing as you lose weight.

You should avoid steady-state cardio except as walking. I would do HIIT sessions on an exercise bike 3x/wk and lots of walking. Walking outside will do the most for you but in the gym you should walk at a steep incline on the treadmill to burn the most calories.
You'll want to keep your muscle until close to you weigh-in date, but high reps will push more fluid into them without boosting their metabolic rate. Stick to 1-3 reps per set.
Regardless of the focus on con-/excentric movements, super long reps of the HIT type will be taxing on both the muscle and the joint.
Bodybuilders like negatives because they work. I don't like negatives because of the side effects which are very real but somewhat overblown by Peaters and underappreciated by bodybuilders.
If you like your routine but want to reduce the amount of damage from excentric reps, then consider the "Doggcrapp" style. It's similar in structure but relies on going to failure instead of working the negative.

@LucH Does taking citrate or vitamin C block absorption of oxalate in the gut similar to calcium? Or is it that they change the PH in the kidneys which breaks down oxalate crystals?
@LucH Very interesting. It would seem then that the inhibiting effect of calcium on oxalate absorption is limited to interaction within the gut, meaning one should eat calcium at the same time or immediately prior to eating oxalate-rich food. If you wait too long to eat your cheese after your potatoes, you will miss out on the effect.

I am under the impression that calcium aids in the excretion of oxalates making dairy an ideal pairing with oxalate-rich foods (cheese + potatoes).
If no supplements are available to you during the week, just load up on Vit E and befotiamine (a more expensive analog of thiamine) during the weekends and try not to worry about deviating from your routine otherwise.
I also recommend buying small cocktail umbrellas for the weekends. Try to chill out when you can.
Sounds like a stress response. You may have a lot of adrenaline going through you as a result of your workouts and--most likely--your new life stress and accompanying lack of sleep.
You generally hang lower the more relaxed you are and the warmer you are. Recall how a flight-or-flight response causes your genitals to tighten or shrink as blood flow shifts to where it may be urgently needed.
The first thing is to find a way to sleep well. The second order of business is to tackle the stressful item(s) in your life at a point in the day when you have the most energy (if possible). Addressing the stressful issue will help you get through the rest of the day with better confidence. Feelings matter: your voice seems weak because you feel weak. Do not let yourself feel humiliated by whatever is stressing you out.
During the day, don't forget to keep hydrated. I find that bicarbonate and aspirin in the evening is a great help for winding down.

Not a cure, but taking the edge off of the stress helps my skin a lot. Any method of stress reduction ought to help push in the right direction. Collagen might be off the menu for her right now, but an antihistamine could help her to chill out and reset.
Personally, I need to stay topped up on Vitamin D and zinc. NOW has a D oil for like $10 last I checked.
Have you tried NMN? I feel it has a slightly stronger effect than NR, however I have only taken NR orally in a capsule while I took NMN as a sublingual dissolvable tablet. There's probably no substitute for intravenous NAD but sublingual NMN supposedly enters the bloodstream directly.
You should go back out there without a shirt to show your power level.
You would have to pack your own capsules to dose all those substances evenly and consistently. That would be fine for the B vitamins and would remove most of the excipients that you are probably looking to avoid, but it would be a pain for the other stuff.
No doubt you've seen the D3/K2 oil blends out there, but the ratio is likely not what you'd like. You could add "dry D" powder to your B-complex capsules, but I'd keep the K separate (as oil or w/e you like).
Preg+E oil is probably your best bet.

I only read the screenshots and the abstracts for the referenced papers, but they both point to estrogens or androgens affecting the structure of the brains of developing fetuses. This is probably only a piece to the puzzle.

I'm using NOW D3 in MCT oil. I think it's the cheapest but reputable product out there right now.
Life Extension, Pure Encapsulations, and Thorne make D3 oils that are just as good (some with K2 if desired).
The same brands make D3 capsules as well. I might choose those during the summer months as they withstand the heat of sitting in hot trucks and warehouses a bit better.

Theoretically, it would be a great way to get some grounding time in but I am concerned about how it might interact with multiple electronics nearby.
@bubble Hmmm. That's puzzling. I know that drip coffee is often ground when it is packaged and that pre-ground coffee often harbors more mold than packages of whole beans.
