@Terminator IIRC haidut said that a high dose of vitamin K might be similar to methylene blue, methylene blue is helping to mediate electron transfer while vitamin K is helping to facilitate it. I don't know much about cardenosine, but it looks like it would go well with methylene blue according to haiduts cardenosine thread (mainly because of the succinic acid). More on their combination here: https://twitter.com/GenEnergyNotes/status/1750325138695074263?t=ezyK8iYZRUb6Ws-Q6oGALg&s=19

@RePeat Looks like there have been some related studies posted about the topic, thanks m8.

RE: Lower limit MB dose to cause significant pigment alteration in urine
@peatilian I wouldn't risk combining MB with anti serotonin compounds at all, especially for a simple party trick. Personally I have came to be a MB hater, as I got great results from doses in the mcg range for a week or two, as per Rays recommendation, but subsequently started getting bad serotonin symptoms. Ever since then, every time I've tried it I've been with met with a mildy unpleasant experience. I probably just don't need it.

RE: Getting rid of gyno
@raccoonmilk DM if you are interested in a source. The CAS number + Yandex may also do the trick.

RE: Getting rid of gyno
Any lingering gyno I had was solved with progesterone and red light.

RE: Ice Cream Evening Chat
@LinDaiyu ice cream heads stay winning. Going to grab some cherry vanilla Hagen dazs this week.

RE: Ice Cream Evening Chat
@raypneat mm looks like it. That's interesting because Brad Marshall from @fireinabottle has been eating a diet high in cassava flour, maybe I'll check his videos out.

RE: Ice Cream Evening Chat
@LinDaiyu did ray peat ever caution against tapioca syrup? Because I have seen people recommend products with tapioca syrup but for me I have always considered it an allergen. I wonder how people on this forum tolerate it...

RE: Is Ray Peat Legit? My thoughts:
@newmexico not once did ray peat ever recommend eating carrot juice, he has specifically recommended against it, citing carotene as similar to the polyunsaturated fats in how they inhibit thyroid function.

RE: Bonemaxxxing
@Ghost-Head 100mg K2 is a lot, I think it's only been studied up to 45mg though it's generally a safe supplement. Probably would want to focus on Ca:P ratio as well.

RE: Peaty migraine remedies?
@latinxgoku nice. The only issue is I think that might be way too high of a dose from a bioenergetic perspective.
-
RE: Peaty migraine remedies?
@normalgirl I think peat has recommended both 100mg progesterone and vitamin B2 as remedies for migraines.

RE: Tightness of the wrists
@calx methylene blue can cause high blood pressure in high enough doses.

RE: Is magic shell peaty
@Hope_Pead it's probably best to find some chocolate chips without bad additives and melt them down. Chocolate is high in saturated fat and other beneficial things, so if you can find a good source without heavy metals that would be good. Moonbrah sells some.

RE: Is magic shell peaty
@Hope_Pead looks like it has sunflower oil and soy lecithin. Better luck next time.

RE: GROW TALLER QUESTION
@peatarianpeatler Maybe look into some posture exercises and the work of John and Mike Mew, like the Mckenzie chin tuck.

RE: Lose dose niacinamide frequency?
@MFF I don't think it matters too much. RP mentioned people splitting the B3 doses into 3 or 4 a day. At one point I think I was taking it every 3 hours.

RE: paranoia
@of For me it was awhile until I was responding positively to caffeine so you might need to wait and focus on thyroid/liver function.
