@Supersnake17761 Thanks for the reply and were you able to solve the pelvic floor issue and if so how? I spent about 2 weeks doing about 10 mins of pelvic floor exercises daily and noticed no difference for myself unfortunately but it could be that I wasn’t working the muscles correctly

@Ecstatic_Hamster I believe my prostate is fine although sometimes, especially lately, I’ve been dealing with constipation. Working on fixing that now. Question for you, do you ever feel like peeing 10 times a day is effecting your quality of life? Having to get up from my desk in the middle of doing something, or having to leave the theater in the middle of a movie is super frustrating to me and is why I’m trying to reduce frequency

I feel like I urinate disproportionately compared to the amount of liquid I drink (mostly just water) but still going to the bathroom 6-8 times a day/waking up at night, would like to get it down to 3-4.
Anyone have experience with ez fixes to this like supplements or exercises?

I will usually have some haagen daza coffee flavored. I’m sure it’s not great for you but I like it
