@Luke what noodlecat59 said.
lol no, creating more local contacts with people who share values -- "networking" with people who run small pro-human businesses (think farms/restaurants/grocers/builders), who you can count on when the world goes to pot.
I have a long term goal of creating wholistic farm operations that involve the community.
Think of a neighborhood of lawns with the fences and vanity lawns torn down and converted into a big farm and garden! rip up those concrete sidewalks, and put in stone paths winding around trees, houses, and secret gardens! take over HOA's and build small store fronts out of garages. the money is there for efforts like these, like no other time -- people crave authenticity, community, and health, more than ever, and they're paying thru the nose for the most superficial versions of it (whole foods, farmers markets, farm to table restaurants).
And, it doesn't have to be the quirky weird hippy lizard abstract art vibe (unless you like that).
These are dreams...
@latte I second this.
And beyond the narrowly curated subjects of paintings throughout history, the styles were specific and often did not emphasized realism, but rather followed specific patterns or “styles” of portraying people — this was so with men, as well, and I likewise don’t see handsome men in paintings until the early modern period of art that emphasized such realism of the face and other human details like genitalia (late 1700s as I recall).
@NNight nuts:
Haidut:
Boron is HIGHLY estrogenic. The bodybuilding community was crazy about it in the 1990s, but then they found out first hand that it raises estrogen (I think all 3 types) and dumped it. Boron has similar effects to cadmium, nickel, cobalt, etc and they are all estrogenic and carcinogenic in higher doses.
Peat is right that unless you are deficient you'd better not mess with it. See below for a study in men.

"...Supplementation with 10 mg B/d for 4 wk resulted in 84% of the supplemented dose being recovered in the urine. Plasma estradiol concentrations increased significantly as a result of supplementation (51.9±21.4 to 73.9±22.2 pmol/L;p<0.004) and there was a trend for plasma testosterone levels to be increased. However, there was no difference in plasma lipids or the oxidizability of low-density lipoprotein Our studies suggest that the absorption efficiency of B is very high and estimation of the urinary B concentration may provide a useful reflection of B intake. In addition, the elevation of endogenous estrogen as a result of supplementation suggests a protective role for B in atherosclerosis."
@Luke I think "Same problems as everywhere else in the Western world..." is the real issue, and I've resigned to no more "retreating."
@noodlecat59 Oh cool. I'll definitely add that! about to make Georgi a rich man, lol
@yerrag interesting. I'm definitely eating things and supplementing things that should be promoting CO2 production and general pro-metabolic
@NNight very interesting. Thanks. I’ll look more into boron dosage…
@yerrag hey thanks for the comment prior! Apologies for not having responded. The acid/base balance reminds me of the value of urea that I should probably add back in to my regiment
@DavidPS nice. Thanks a ton! I’ll check it out
@Sugar you get it for a year now, as opposed to 3 or 6 months when I did it iirc. Not bad imo
@LetTheRedeemed Winters are mild unless you’re in the panhandle in Texas. Nights get bitter in our old drafty farm house, but it’s perfect sized for wood fire heat from one stove, in a bad winter we might burn 2 chords.
We get sleet a few weeks out of the year or so.
Kermit before and after his mewing regiment:
I was sold on this. I only played around with it for a week, and it did make my forehead more square and cheekbones barely pop out… my fam noticed.
Steroids grow facial bone in adult body builders, so improving your hormonal profile should help.
@noodlecat59 cool I’ll play around with it

@noodlecat59 ooh good to know.
What would you say are optimum ratios of tocovit and grain alcohol to the crushed antibiotic? 1:1:1?
I know these are free answers so thanks for your kindness!
