For low blood pressure what helped me was increasing salt. When it comes to high blood pressure I am clueless. I can tell you lots about what Dr. Peat has written or said about it but I’m sure you can find that information and interpret it better than I could. What causes high blood pressure varies for each person and solutions will vary accordingly.
