heres what it does to my system:

racing thoughts, low energy throughout most days, pretty much can only do hibernation-stupor activities like scrooolling, but insomnia at night. feeling of dread

low energy is good because its interspersed with days of negative metabolism, almost maniac, that destroy the system for days afterwards to where its only possible to rot

the paradox is it drains the energy out of my entire body but it's not possible to just chill, because involuntary, largely estrogen, serotonin and glutamate driven thoughts about what i MUST do. Not what would be good or would improve ur life. Not a possiblity. its very much a MUST DO feeling or else. FOMO-like, It's not possible to do this however, because again, i've been systematically drained of energy.

urge to talk to people for "advice", self pity, to get them to "understand" you - however when you have that type of urge, people stay away from u. If u have the low level of social interaction, u can tell they feel your aura and avoid u/act very coldly.

high serotonin, when i highly verbalize in my head, it makes me antsy and compulsively side-eye people. also makes them seem physically larger, even to the extent that i seem to be dwarfed by people a little shorter than me.

its when u already feel good and u don't need to socially interact that worthwhile social interaction occurs.

eventually the whole body decays, u will have random medical issues pop up, for example tooth decay and emitting weird odours despite keeping up hygene. I think this is the real reason social outcasts die in their late 40s-to early 60s.

it just works. when i dose it based on need, i will notice morbid high metabolism and negative but very deep feeling thoughts (the ratio of serotonin to estrogen modifies these).
