RE: Eliminating Starches That Weren’t Freshly Prepared Cleared Up Dandruff and Loose Stool
@sphagnum Really interesting, thanks for sharing. I’ve had zero starches for a week now and feel like I’m dying. It’s truely a struggle to get enough calories. Might try a little of your approach with the starches.

RE: How Does the iPhone's EMF Emission Affect Our Bioenergetic Health?
@avasinclair I put my phone on airplane mode every evening until morning. I also keep Bluetooth turned off and have either wifi or data on, not both. I basically keep my phone with me all day, so I’m going to get one of those EmF blocking pouches. Nothing exciting, all pretty basic stuff.

RE: marina abramovic says trump is the best thing that happend to us
Kind of wild to see these points, especially since most of the Christian world believes Tump is an answer to prayer & saviour of sorts.

RE: Has anyone felt worse after eating seed oils?
I notice an intense rise in estrogen within hours of consuming a seed-oil rich meal. Recently (this is a little TMI) I was on my period, which is usually light and painless. I had a big chicken kebab wrap, I could see it was dripping with pufas. That night I woke up to hot flushes, cramps and I bled through everything. This lasted for days after. So not worth it.

RE: How to get Cynomel & Cynoplus delivered to Canada and other Soycuck countries
I usually order from meds.mx no prob to Australia but to France I’m having problems. Insane that they provide a prescription with the order! I’m going to try them next time. Is payment simple?

@IRL was going to say, check your thyroid

RE: Progest-E and Preeclampsia
@Ellie All I know it that for women who suffer previous miss carriages, they recommend taking through the first trimester

RE: Falling asleep after meals
@Peater0921 is it after heavy serotonin producing meals perhaps?

RE: Cynomel exacerbating pregnancy nausea
@mexican_coke_fan such a good article!

RE: Cynomel exacerbating pregnancy nausea
@functionalgirl I’ve thought about this some more, it could be because you need more carbohydrates. Taking T3 increases your need for energy and being pregnant that would be crashing your blood sugars, if you’re not eating enough carbs to support. Low bloody sugar during pregnancy causes nausea.

RE: How to come off of thyroid supplementation?
@mavuue Why not stay on the thyroid and optimise your health with nutrition for a good while before weaning off? With your response to a missed dose I’d say you really need it!
You’ll need to wean very slowly over weeks and you will potentially go hypothyroid for a short amount of time before your natural thyroid production kicks back in.
I felt extreme fatigue for about a week but then I was fine again. Still sleeping deeply but I’m going to start Cynomel again soon. -
RE: Cynomel exacerbating pregnancy nausea
@functionalgirl I did read that supplemental thyroid during pregnancy can cause hypothyroidism in the child. I’d like to know what anyone knows about this?
-
RE: If t3 supplementation is low enough <25mcg, does the thyroid continue to function?
I took 25mg T3 for just over 3 months, after I stopped I experienced slight hypothyroidism for about a week before things returning to normal. My thyroid function has improved compared to before taking T3.

RE: Honey & Cream Homemade Taffy
@Snow these look delicious!!! And simple.
I’ve not heard of Taffy, is it the same as Toffee or caramels? -
RE: Immune system support post chemotherapy?
@GreekDemiGod Drs said the same to my Mum, they made her stop vitamin D and even vitamin C.
I read some cool stuff about pomegranate juice which produces a mucous that’s beneficial for fighting cancer. Got her onto that and Aspirin too.
All the best, stay strong
Well done for being there for her. -
RE: Never feel satiated
@bowser you’re right it can be pricey, I eat them once a day most days. If you can find direct from farmer it works out well. Also beef mince consumed with broth is quite budget friendly & balanced
-
RE: Never feel satiated
@bowser you can feel satiated with gelatinous cuts of meat like beef cheeks, lamb shanks and ox tail. Bone broths also. I also have no issues having well cooked potatoes and soaked rice. Some people are anti starch but I do wonderfully with it.
