@TopicalsOnBalls I had tge same issue. Its the supplements. Especially k2. Cut down supplements for a few days and see. If not then look somewhere else.

Has anybody done or doing cold water plunges or showers? I'm asking here on non-Peaty thread, because I believe he actually spoke negatively about cold thermogenesis somewhere.

I realize it can raise adrenaline and probably not good for people with sluggish thyroids. But I've also read extensive literature about the anti-inflammatory effects.

I tried it a couple times when I was doing the low-carb thing many many years ago. I was already cold then, so doing cold plunges on top of that was probably just about one of the worst things I could do lmao. But I'm thinking about trying it again.

@TopicalsOnBalls I have noticed this effect of resistant starches too - it makes me wonder how people tolerate batch-cooked meal prep that includes a lot of re-heated rice.

Have you found a difference between eating this resistant starch cold/reheating it? I haven't tracked re-heated rice enough to say, but eating cold potatoes seems to have really irritated my poor digestive system.

I have the beginnings of one too. If it is mild and if it is from poor posture, I'd say a good way to fix it is through correct posture, and constant stretching of the area.

@TopicalsOnBalls All good suggestions in this thread. I would like to add that bad breath necessarily results from some kind of biochemical imbalance, often localized in the mouth/throat (especially tonsils) that can only be exacerbated by self abuse.

ive been on it for a few weeks now and my erections are fine and no sides so far. its by far the most effective pharmaceutical for hairloss and doesnt seem to mess with DHT so im taking the chance.

honey is too sticky and gets tangled in my hair. i filled a spray bottle with some coke and just spray it on my scalp and massage it in whenever i can remember, its just a convenient way to get some sugar on there.
