@Sugar Hi, he says at the beginning that the greatest biofeedback in life is the euphoria when we win or "achieve" what we want, and that guys who are in a "child like state of Wonder" try to recreate the euphoria of winning through food such as sugar, which in my experience is not the case at all, the foods and life factors that are optimal for us take us out of the state where we feel excitement only or mostly when we perceive "achievement" or "winning" in things we want, and bring us to a state where we feel a very high degree of well being, joy, relaxation, without doing anything, lying down, and we can also in part potentially feel a even higher degree of well-being, joy and appreciation of movement, of the sun, in itself, regardless of whether we perceive it as "winning" and/or "achievement" Deriving exitation solely or primarily from the perception of "meaning", "achievement","Victory" (common ideas from Jordan and Andrew) is associated with a suboptimal degree of energy, and this feeling of exitation is totally different from and considerably less enjoyable than the feeling of a very high degree of well-being, joy, serenity, relaxation, optimism that we can get through the foods and life factors that are optimal for us

I didn't read your post but polyester clothes and bed sheets are satanic, there is no "which is worse". It's all garbage

@Norwegian-Mugabe I'll take it's lowish grade, gnawing at the back of your head stress we're talking here. The infamous "chronic stress". Life-work-relationship situations that get out of our hands and at some point may coalesce into that pit in your stomach sensation you take everywhere you go. That's the extreme version, not saying that most people won't ever go through it at some point in their lives. I experienced it a few years back and it's hell on earth. Ppl confront stress by a mixture of self-soothing behaviours (food, entertainment, drugs, sleep, It can get wildly unhealthy) and controlling ones, that's the overscheduling part, which I guess (never tried It) can only be semi-effective. For many I believe it procures a sense of meaning and struggle. If you've got no leading principles in your life, nothing (aesthetic-philosophical-spiritual-vital) you're striving towards, then for sure you're gonna crave those stress feels.

Run fags then chug a raw greens smoothie and take their fish oil pill when they get back home, right before they change out of their 100% polyester costume.

@Nik Hi, from my experience, I suggest that the degree to which bluetooth can impact us varies according to our energy level, in some cases we may feel nothing, in others it can have a definite perceptible impact, the first common manifestations can be to feel a lesser degree of well being, enthusiasm, fun, and it can also contribute to a feeling of exhaustion and less relaxation at the same time, and in some cases pain The best thing is to experiment with wifi/bluetooth on/off and see if we perceive any effects

@peatyourmeat Funny and interesting observation. I have noticed that healthy growth seems to amplify the gender differences both in plants and animals.
