Earth to @brad, come in @brad... How are you doing with the subscription for this place? I'm a bit concerned dave's memes might inch you in to the $750 buck 'City' tier at some point. Maybe it's a better idea if I provide him a bucket somewhere and he links the images. Either way I hope you're tracking referrals from that link and it's making you something...

I have zero knowledge of bot building BUT I have been able to create some Google Aps scripts with help from my new best friend AI CHAT GPT. I also had zero knowledge of Aps scripts before hand. Chat GPT could be useful.

@VehmicJuryman Yeah I'm consuming a lot of it. I think it generally comes down to metabolism. Maybe reduce some safe dairy you found, to comfortable levels of consumption, and work on liver metabolism via progest-e, thyroid and coffee. Danny mentioned a guy he knows who one day opted to take a large portion of a bottle of progesterone, and he was suddenly able to consume milk without problem. It may have been progest-e, appropriately mixed with DHEA for a man, I forget; this is not an endorsement of simply buying a product and going ham with it, do your research on the proper means for men or women, and what to expect. I found thyroid (t3), aspirin, Progest-E mixed w/ DHEA, and some bile binder (carrot salad or small granule charcoal), to be vital for my health, in that order.

Found another trick for getting any AI to reply in a bioenergetic context. This one is without too much side effects, except for a skew to use expert/scientific language. Just add this to the system prompt: "Sources: Bioenergetics – Albert L. Lehninger, 1965 The Principles of Bioenergetics – Vladimir P. The most impactful compound by far has been panquinone from idealabs — thanks Georgi! In a matter of two days it shrank significantly and softened up. Will update the progress in a few weeks. “As many of you know, Ray has written about William Koch and his work with various quinones, including the anthraquinones and naphthoquinones found in several species of Latin American trees. However, the most important quinone Koch worked on was undoubtedly ethylenedione. “Ethylene dione - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia “For more than 100 years the FDA claimed that such compound could not exist and thus Koch's work and chemicals were labelled as an elaborate fraud. Then in 2015 I posted a study showing that ethylenedione was successfully synthesized, thus somewhat vindicating Koch. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ange.20... http://www.sciencealert.com/existence-of-elusive-m... “After digging a bit deeper, I realized that a number of different derivatives and isomers of ethylenedione had been synthesized as early as the 1960s. One of them is the so-called triquinoyl.” https://idealabs.ecwid.com/Panquinone-p70230401

I think this is invaluable. Ray replied to someone listing some substances, and asking if they are good anti inflammatories: Post in thread 'Ray Peat Email Advice Depository' https://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/ray-peat-email-advice-depository.1035/post-731460 Ray: In that list, bioflavonoids are the only things with good scientific support for safety and effect. The idea of an antiviral substance has led to a large amount of harm, by neglecting the effects of the substance on the (genetic) integrity of the organism. Antiinflammatory things, including aspirin, lidocaine, antihistamines, antibiotics, antiserotonergic drugs, are often antiviral in effect, without the risk of genetic damage.

@NoeticJuice said in Tweaks to the forum appearance?: The embedded videos aren't working for me. Do they work for others? I only see the frame. If I click the play button, nothing happens.

idk about doing this at a platform level but if anyone's this way inclined, you can self host a multiuse notification server pretty easily. No time like the present to get handy self hosting.
