I think this would be the meta if tallow already has vitamin D and K.Side note I talked to a trans who said that penis color being darker is due to cells being stretched and they noticed their color being lighter after they stopped getting erections.
edit: can you also include the products you use for vit e oil?

@pondfountain Been just using K2 topically and erection quality has been really good and the skin is darker when I’m doing some stretches. Got some liquid D3 and ordered a higher quality vit E oil I’m gonna add to see if I notice any differences.

i heard that skin becoming darker is from stretching during erection so its probably normal.Does anyone have more info on vit k supplement complications? I'm wondering if they're minor or serious.

@pondfountain I’ve probably rubbed in d+k about 7 times total intermittently the last 2 weeks — it’s not just been better erections but way more sensitive like when I was 14…

@onliest an earlier post by @LetTheRedeemed mentioned mk7 vitamin K causing heart palpitations. That's why I was considering Just vitamin D combined with beef tallow and drinking milk.
Edit:
New thing I will be trying is the calcirol vitamin D from idealabs (just few drops) with coconut oil as carrier with a bit of beef tallow mixed in. Hopefully this will avoid heart racing effects however I need to find a better option for mixing it rather than just a plastic cup lol. I'm considering a ceramic bowl as the mixing container. -
@pondfountain get the vitamin K mk4 from idealabs. Worth it.
The heart palpitations are from the type of vitamin k. Mk4 won’t do that and that’s what Georgi uses (and Peat and Danny would use that)

@pondfountain well that stinks. I’ve heard thorne is good too. There was maybe one or two other brands out there making clean ingestible mk4 supplements
