@NNight said in Silicon the dietary nutrient:

You should translate your posts in english as we are on a forum where people speak english.

I give a summarize in English. If you want more details, you use a translator.
Too long to do the job (several pages).
Most of the time, there are excerpts in English. Here it wasn't pertinent (context is needed, too long).
      Not pertinent, either, to translate:
Le silicium organique : Taux d’absorption élevé (70%)
Le silicium minéral : problème de biodisponibilité (3%).

If not, what did you use to translate the text?

@Hearthfire - My bamboo extract will arrive on Tuesday. I purchased the organic powder version which does not contain additives. I am eager to see its effects.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

@sushi_is_cringe - No, Making my own powder is such a grind.

Here is the brand that I chose. It claims to be a 1-year supply.

                      from THEGORILLAFUND.ORG

"Bamboo is a special plant for gorillas, golden monkeys, and people too! At the Fossey Fund, we have been studying bamboo in relation to mountain gorillas for years, because it’s one of their favorite foods."

Here's a mountain gorilla feasting on bamboo.

                      Youtube Video

Every single nature documentary with gorillas I've ever seen, they're munching on bamboo....Not sure how anyone could possibly not know this.

Always funny when retards confidently state something as fact and they're completely wrong.

Ok but give the main idea in English, as well, in introduction. Not every body is able to use google translate.
                          How to do:

                          • Copy the text in a docx or similar.
                          • Register the docx to avoid a wrong manip and loose the doc: My Doc > Forum > Bioenergetic > Topic targeted (give an name to the doc).
                          • Copy the text and open Google translate ...
PS: You do so when only addressing a forumer you know he speaks / understand French. Only punctually, not as a general rule.

@Hearthfire you are balding so I’m not going to continue posting against you. Just realize your bad energy isn’t disconnected from how you look. I have blocked you though because you put off this malding feel and I choose not to have that.

The mechanism of silicon involves promoting mitochondrial proliferation in macrophages through the upregulation of the Drp1-Mff pathway, which facilitates the transfer of functional mitochondria to endothelial and neuronal cells.

Our findings demonstrate that silicon enhances the ability of macrophages to transfer functional mitochondria to endothelial and neuronal cells, thereby improving their metabolic function and regenerative capacity.

Silicon is an essential micronutrient with potential regenerative effects mediated through mitochondrial regulation. It activates cellular defense mechanisms and, enhances resistance to ROS-induced toxicity.

@A-Former-User said in Silicon the dietary nutrient:

anyone remember MrHappyOz of the nootropics world? He is pretty well known now and is a published author with work for treating post-viral illness and chronic fatigue. His protocol explains how silicon is essential for optimization of health after illness and via some sort of testing known as oligoscan has shown that Silicon in particular is low in the chronic fatigue / post viral illness type disease model.

Does anyone know which protocol he was refering to?
