@Isaac Wasa crackers are good for fiber. Bugles are fried in coconut and palm kernel oil. A lot of groceries sell coconut rolls that are just rice flour and coconut.

Stuff like potato chips, doritos, cheetos, fritos, takis, popcorn, and all that stuff is really convinient to snack on but none of them are healthy. Is there something crunchy that tastes good that is healthy to snack on sometimes?

        Some ideas…

These are pretty tasty. Fried in Coconut Oil! Only available in Canada it seems. 4000282410-894__1-1162774157.jpg

@Isaac Torres potato chips fried in olive oil are tasty if you’re a billionaire. The other brands fried in olive oil are no where as good. Even the Torres brand is not always worth splurging on because it seems suppliers/amazon hoard them and don’t store them ideally so the taste is effected negatively even tho technically they’re not “expired “
I haven’t tried jose andres’ chips which seem to be the only high end competitor to Torres. It might be worth trying if you have money to throw away. I think Whole Foods had them last time I noticed.

Tho as a peater I don’t advocate common pufa fried chips like tortillas, lays, utz, etc, one thing to do if you’re tempted like me is buy em along with a pack of medium size brown paper bags or lunch bags. Then when you get home transfer the chips into the paper bags. When it comes time to eat em, a good amount of the pufa will have been absorbed by the paper bags.

@Isaac What about sliced crunchy cucumbers? They are pretty clean.

@PranaDeva I like to snack on parmesan, pickled cucumber, raisins, apples, dried mango. A few sticks of parmesan is tasty and good for teeth. Dried fruit is tasty but not so good for teeth.

@PranaDeva yes they are tasty. Especially with alot of salt. But they are not dry. Some times the craving is for something crunchy salty savory and dry

True. But okay if one remembers to rinse ones teeth afterwards
