Change is in the air! Our forum has transitioned from the RayPeatForum.com domain to the LowToxinForum.com domain. I decided it was time to move away from Ray Peat's name. Yes, we will still discuss his work here, just as we discuss everyone's work, but we have changed the domain name. It is clear that this new paradigm, the low toxin lifestyle, is where it's at. The results in the community speak for themselves, and I have no doubt this movement will significantly benefit at least a portion of society.
Ironically, a few days after I decided to switch away from the RayPeatForum.com domain, Mrs. Peat contacted me asking us to move off the domain. I expressed that even though I have written and verifiable permission from Ray Peat to use the domain, I am not interested in litigating his widow. When she contacted me I took it as a sign that I was doing the right thing by moving off the original domain.
As we launch our new forum domain, I am running a special on subscriptions. I have reduced the subscription fee to $2 a month or $20 a year. We are maintaining the paywall for posting to help keep troublemakers out and elevate the level of discussion. If you have a current subscription at the higher price, you are welcome to cancel it and renew at the lower price, or you can continue to help support our forum at the prior subscription price. You just need to contact Stripe or PayPal and have them cancel the current subscription if that's the route you choose.
This is a great and exciting change, and I have a feeling this forum is about to reach new heights as we do our part to help make health great again.

I am happy for Ray Peat and Mrs. Peat.
Whatever Charlie says, you must always take with a grain of salt. Happy that he won't litigate Mrs. Peat, though I doubt he has a good hand and that he folded because he knows he can only be in the outhouse.
He lowered his subscription fee. Even if it were free, I doubt it would make any difference. The only reason I'm happy that site is still alive is because it carries content many of us contributed to and worth finding very helpful info on.
Charlie betrayed Ray Peat and us all. He is not forgiven. Being on another site after this lion consorted with hyenas to refrain from eating liver and vitamin A, is my way of starting fresh from the high toxicity of being on that forum, with Charlie being 99.5% of that toxicity.

It was odd how when Charlie went on his wobbly one the feelings his absolute disrespect evoked in me. Couldn't give a crap about his dietary changes and recommendations but the way he tried to twist Peats works to suit himself and almost as if he was waiting for him to die to do it...heartbreaking.
It's very heartwarming to hear that there is at least some justice over this. While I will continue to honour Peat privately I hope there's never another forum started in his name, I never once got the gist that he was about anything other than the science and his almost deity status caused so much crap I personally feel he would probably have just rolled his eyes at.
Rest in Peace Ray Peat, I'd be lucky to leave a mark on this world the way you have.

It is truly great news, FINALLY.
I will recommend however to everybody here, stop visiting the site. Don't even link to it from here. Visiting it and linking to it only helps grow his forum. I understand our hold postings are there, when it used to be a great forum to be in, but the best solution is to download it. Have an offline version of it. Stop giving it popularity, traffic and links to reference it. That is what we can do now in order to not contribute to it growing. -

Haha how convenient. Just after he "had decided", meaning there is no proof whatsoever that this wasn't the reason he made the decision . Probably it was found out by Katherine, who might have access to Ray's side of the email exchange, that he forged Ray's 'permission'.
Either way he did NOT want to do this.

I don't know how I could just download my posts without losing the context of those posts unless I download the entire thread, and most of my posts are threads someone else started.

Is there anyway to search Lowtoxinforum.com posts (aka old RPF posts) without joining? It's now telling me I have reached the maximum number of searches. This is just since the domain name change.
