      "Underlying Digestive or Skin Condition

Eczema or Dermatitis – If you have a skin condition, certain foods might trigger flare-ups.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Gut Imbalance – Sometimes, gut irritation from fiber can manifest as skin issues (gut-skin connection).

      1. Fungal or Bacterial Overgrowth (Less Likely but Possible)

If fiber is feeding an imbalance in your gut microbiome (e.g., SIBO or candida), it could indirectly affect your skin."

how is that possible with increased bowel movements?
and yes "if i have a skin condiiton" well its caused by fiber and possibly coffee...

Without gut irritation from fiber then gut bacteria will increase from a lack of bowel movements...

Removing fiber meants im limited to milk only pretty much that already seems to mess with my stool shape...

Why is fiber irritating my skin/scalp and hair and not my gut? and i dont believe its a die off

When the emunctories are saturated (liver, kidneys, random stools), the exit door will often be the skin (disseminated eczema).
Also learn about the possible causes of histamine reactions (not only H3, but also L3) to learn how to modulate and assist.
PS: I won't only focus on symptoms (to relieve them = short term). Deal with the cause.
If you are interested by info on "Irritated Intestines and Dysbiosis" I can post. The information provided is based on the work of Drs. Bella Lindemans, Nirala Jacobi, Antonello D'Oro, Marc Pimentel, Allison Siebecker, and Bruno Donatini.

@Samyo you get symptoms when you eat pro-metabolic foods.

@LetTheRedeemed I get different symptoms based on different foods metabolic or not

Milk > clear skin> broken up poop

Oats/fiber/Carrot salad Any and every fiber = formed poop if milk is taken out but increased rashes

When improve the exit out of my bowels, it comes out of my skin too. It suppose to be exit the bowels and not the skin. Why both at the same time then? and when it doesn't exit out of my bowels e.g no fiber, then nothing exits out of my skin

                Detox pathway and eczema
It's a question of faucets and flow. The window is partly open. The way out is not completely free.
Figurative explanation (image). The emunctories are saturated, the liver is overloaded, and the Cyp P450 detox pathway is in slow motion, particularly phase 1 of the detoxification process, which involves cytochrome P450 enzymes. These enzymes are responsible for transforming toxins into less harmful substances. However, if the intake of nutrients essential to this phase is insufficient, or if the toxic load is too high, detoxification can be slowed or even inhibited.
If the liver and the kidneys can’t do the job, and if the interstitial tissues are already full (heavy metals), only the intestines (feces) and the skin remain.
No heavy detox, without stimulation of the liver, on a soft way. E.g. one drop lemon EO or best Rosemary verbenone essential oil (on a tsp coconut oil or honey), which is often used to stimulate the liver, particularly in cases of fatigue or for detox treatments. 10' before breakfast. It is known for its hepatoprotective, detoxifying, and decongestant properties for the liver.
It takes time. Moderate wine and beer and other alcohol. Should be suppressed when the liver is overburdened.

@Samyo from experience with clients, Danny has found milk is one of the last things people can get under control. You’re likely not producing the enzymes in the liver necessary to digest dairy proteins — it is still a very anti-inflammatory food so it’s probably on average therapeutic.

This will be different than what you’re experiencing with foods that speed up bowel transit.

You could try eating a farm fresh egg yolk without the egg white, plus a dab of coconut oil to mitigate the pufa…

If its a gut lining issue then something from peat recommended foods is destroying it

And i suspect its 1 these

                    white sugar
                    coffee
                    milk

                    since they are daily used

I always suspect coffee makes my armpits sweat, made my beard hair grey too and the inflammation in beard areas on lower face

A high concentration of sugar can inflame the gut based on some research I've seen. Personally I don't worry about it but putting it out there.

For the sweat and body odor, try taking chlorophyllin supplement oraly. People say it removed their body odor. Probably healing to the gut too.

Maybe take activated charcoal, although there is concern about the particles being persorbed in the gut. Also careful not to breath any in.

And try Kalona brand of milk. It is non-homogenized therefore less inflammatory and less autoimmunogenic.

Vitamin B3 can heal leaky gut. Studies show it heals leaky blood brain barrier and the two are very similar. It helps skin problems too.

20 to 100 mg lidocaine hcl dissolved in water. swallow it.. it may permanently correct gut issues. epigenetically. ray talked about this. be careful with higher amounts.

colonoscopies are dangerous and not worth it in many cases according to haidut. But maybe you could get a pill-cam colonoscopy where you swallow a pill camera.

do you have bloodwork like albumin level, hs-CRP, prolactin?

@Samyo I can digest foods easily, no digestive issues like bloating gas or pain

                        huh?

Cant drink milk due to broken stools nuggets

                        that's a digestive issue.

One thing I think of is my experience with so many pro-motility substances causing herx reactions.

Classic poor liver function causing poor protein digestion. Ray dealt with clients who were on deaths door that after a few days on a therapeutic protein replacement, like potato juice, healed them. I don’t doubt you may be in worse shape.

But i would attack it with multiple pro-gut substances (aspirin/K2/B1/B3/lidocaine) and easy to digest protein like the potato juice plus gelatin.

@Samyo no, soluble fibers feed bacteria, that would be creating an endotoxin reaction.

Insoluble fibers like the carrot salad or oatBRAN (emphasis that it is not oatmeal) will help flush out bacteria.

You’re experiencing positive bulking effects from soluble fiber — not the same as endotoxemic effects. …you could replicate that with oatbran and see how you do.

Your analyze is rather good but I won't express so since it could be misinterpreted by other readers.
Yes, soluble und insoluble fibers can feed bacteria and archaea.
No, fibbers are not the cause of killed bacteria (called endotoxins, from LPS).
Yes carrot is going to help to carry away / out endotoxins n the feces. It's a vehicle, especially appropriate with fat.
I won't take coconut oil at the beginning of a detox process since coco is viricide. Only when under control.
MUFA from olive oil / fruit or macadamia or avocado are the best vehicles to carry away LPS endotoxins, since we're going to limit additional PUFA.

Take into account that potato has two kinds of fibbers. If your MMC is not fine, if you don't poop 2x/d, there'll be stagnation of bacteria in the second part of the colon.
Traffic jams, stagnation, then fermentation if it occurs regularly, with alternating diarrhea or constipation in some cases. It is important to anticipate and learn about MMC (post-pradial, interdigestive transit).
