I used to make l reuteri yogurt by the Dr Davis method. It takes BioGaia strain and ferments into yogurt, multiplying the bacterial count many times over. If anyone asks I can give more detail.

I heard somewhere, probably on a Danny Roddy/Georgi Dinkov podcast, that something lower, perhaps it was 92-95%, is preferable because it indicates better CO2 levels. Only elite athletes get to 92% however. Sorry I can't locate the source.

@happyhanneke I take 2 drops Oxidal under the tongue morning and evening. I'm in a very stressful and overworked life situation as a caregiver. Oxidal has helped immensely with fatigue. It gives me calm energy. I've cycled taking it a few times and the fatigue always returns and then diminishes when I start taking it again. Hope this helps.

@haidut or anyone: I know a stage 4 cancer patient taking morphine sulphate 30 mg twice daily. What form of niacinamide to try and where to buy? Is a cheap brand like NOW foods ok? Extended release better? Is there an IdeaLabs supplement? SolBan looks good but dosage not high enough. I know the opoids are assisting the cancer but the pain would be intolerable without them. It started as colorectal cancer and aspirin with cyproheptadine upset his stomach. Thanks so very much for any help.

Before I had the awareness to research, I used a copper IUD for about 20 years beginning sometime in the 80s. I was advised that there was no need to ever change it until I was ready to remove it permanently. I've had no ill effects of which I'm aware, and effortless birth control. I used to wonder why a person would use anything else, but I had running buddies who told me it caused cramping for them. Just my experience.
