Chipped Teeth
While I was having lunch, I felt something like a bit of food between a gap in my teeth. I've had this gap for at least a year, I think. I succesfully cleared my teeth but to my surprise, I also found a bit of tooth.
It seems to have chipped off. What should I do about this? Normally, I'd go to the dentist soon but is there anything particular I should or look out for? Is it possible to reattach the broken bit to the rest of the tooth?
I didn't feel any pain or bleeding, but I've never had this happen before.

RE: Ray Peat Forum Posts Archived and Searchable
@S-Holmes Until this is changed, I suppose you could search using a filler word (e.g., "a" or "the" and then sort).

RE: Cleanse from PUFA slop
You can eat something beforehand so that you aren't so hungry. If you can't obtain vitamin E +/ saturated fat on short notice, try consuming something with caffeine after a pufa-heavy meal to aid excretion, and then eat something with sugar/saturated fat.

RE: Cheapest way to peat?
Turning off your wi-fi router
High saturated fat snacks
Warm baths
Staying warm while sleeping/napping -
RE: Most Peaty Spices?
Cilantro (aka coriander) is a nice addition to diet.
Ginger warms up the body and dries up nasal drip.

RE: Optimal gooning regimen
I believe that Vitamin E could help with difficulties in this area of life in achieving a satisfactory movement, so to speak.

RE: PUFA/Starch slop quick relief?
@kenji the only other obvious thing that isn't mentioned yet is Vitamin E to protect against PUFAs. I'm not sure whether there's a great difference in efficacy between vitamin e and aspirin. I suppose you could also try drinking something that contains caffiene or sugar.

RE: Reducing/eliminating myopia
@Dulkadir I'll check it out. Thank you for your informative reply.
I have heard of people suggesting progesterone eyedrops for reducing serotonin ocular-ly. In the past, I tried using "print pushing" by Todd Becker. The idea made sense, but I couldn't figure out the finer points of how to do so, while managing studies/job and I ultimately forgot about it.

Reducing/eliminating myopia
I've heard a number of therapies/methods which purport to do such a thing from Bates' style exercise to wearing reduced diopter prescriptions and applying butter or egg whites to eye (ngolo on twitter).
Has anyone ever succeeded in doing so reliably? Particularly interested in cases with say, -6+ diopters.

How is "mewing" supposed to fix a partial deviated septum, fake peater?

RE: Race and IQ
I believe there are distinct differences in current general intellect between races, both on a qualitative and quantitative level. However, it may be possible to raise intelligence to reduce the differential between races. Whether it's worth doing so on a wide scale is unclear yet.

RE: Optimal gooning regimen
If I were to do such a thing, I would probably increase orange juice/sugar/milk/saturated fat consumption for at least a few days afterwards.

RE: Bowel Movements: Sh*tmaxxing Strategies
I drink milk often in the morning and I notice it helps with ease of bowel movements. Other common things to improve bowels would be tea/soda/coffee (caffiene in general), orange-type fruit, saturated fat. The last item I note tends to solidify bowels into a more stable consistency.
